| This paper studied the applicability of agricultural machinery in agricultural production and meet the need of more attention,but due to various factors,China’s agricultural machinery for research work is also a lack of in-depth and systematic research.Through the study of soybean planter suitability evaluation method was developed for the soybean planter evaluation method,through the relevant test design,validating the evaluation method of rationality and accuracy,applicability by the method of quantitative assessment index to evaluate the soybean planter which not only can effectively improve the soybean planter the use effect,but also has certain guiding significance to the study of other agricultural machinery suitability evaluation.This paper through investigation and analysis,pointed out three factors for soybean planter of the geographical features,crops and processing mode,operation mode.According to the principle of determining the evaluation index of each performance,combined with the actual production,and consulting industry experts,put forward 5 evaluation indexes for soybean planter of the straw mulching rate,uniform seeding variation coefficient,sowing depth yield,fertilization depth pass rate,the paper also proposed a method for determination of the index.Using expert investigation method and analytic hierarchy process special ya AHP software to analyze the 5 performance indicators for soybean planter evaluation by using the index of relative importance.The results show,implements by straw mulching and uniform seeding rate variation coefficient,sowing depth,the qualified rate of fertilization depth qualified rate of weight were:0.393,0.132,0.253,0.063,0.159.Then using the efficacy coefficient function of the standard for evaluation and set different indicators on the 5 index score to determine the calculation formula,in order to test the follow-up.The innovation of this paper is 2BMFJ-6 type soybean Stubble Wheat Straw Covered no tillage seeding machine and 2BMFD-6/12 type winding proof returning no tillage fertilization soybean seeder two models of applicability evaluation in accordance with the applicable soybean planter evaluation method for calibration and verification,by means of evaluation methods on performance.In order to ensure the correctness and reliability for soybean planter evaluation method developed by this paper,not only the applicability of two kinds of experimental models were evaluated,and analyzed the reasons for the existence of differences in order to be able to apply,for reasonable selection of the system,the use of soybean planter provides theory a basis for the majority of users. |
