Swine flu is a swine influenza virus causes acute respiratory infectious disease of swine high contact resistance,peoples and a variety of animals can be infected.So far,the United States,Europe,Asia,Africa and other regions have been outbreaks of swine flu epidemic.Outbreak of swine flu,caused the global aquaculture incalculable economic losses.At present,there is a wide range of pandemic influenza virus Classical swine H1N1,Eurasian avian-like H1N1 and H3N2 subtype SIV and H1N1pdm09 influenza virus.In order to understand the prevalence of Anhui swine flu,2014 to 2015,the study of16 cities in Anhui 117 farms without the flu vaccine,serum samples collected from 2284 pigs,Wherein piglets 346,451 nursery pigs,finishing pigs 506 parts,981 parts of pigs.Using hemagglutination inhibition(HI)test method to Classical swine H1N1,Eurasian avian-like H1N1,H3N2 subtype SIV and H1N1pdm09 influenza virus antigen serum samples of 2284 swine influenza virus antibodies.2284 serum samples classical swine H1N1,Eurasian avian-like H1N1,H3N2 subtype SIV and H1N1pdm09 influenza virus antibody positive rates were 20.45%,38.62%,3.46%,27.23%.2014 and 2015 in Anhui Province pigs highest subtype antibody positive rates were H1N1pdm09 influenza virus and Eurasian avian-like H1N1,the positive rate was 34.41%,41.11% respectively.2015 and 2014 compared to the Eurasian avian-like H1N1 subtype SIV antibody positive rate increased(p <0.01);H1N1pdm09 influenza virus antibody positive rate decreased(p <0.01).2014 to 2015 in Anhui Province classical swine H1N1 subtype SIV antibody positive rate was 20.45%.Piglets antibody positive rate(37.28%)than pigs(24.77%),nursery(11.97%),finishing pigs(8.10%)(p <0.01),Pig antibody positive rate in nursery pigs and finishing pigs(p <0.01);Winter(22.90%)than in summer(22.33%),spring(19.35%),autumn(18.30%);Jianghuai Region(22.51%)and Huaibei Region(19.81%)higher than in Southern Region(18.21%).2014 to 2015 in Anhui Province swine Eurasian avian-like H1N1 subtype SIV antibody positive rate was 38.62%.Piglets antibody positive rate(57.51%)than pigs(39.96%),finishing pigs(31.82%),nursery(28.82%)(p <0.01),Pig antibody positive rate in nursery pigs and finishing pigs(p <0.01);Winter(39.17%)and spring(41.67%)than in summer(35.92%)and autumn(37.49%);Southern Region(41.69%)and Jianghuai region(39.64%)higher than in Huaibei Region(36.47%).2014 to 2015 in Anhui Province swine H3N2 subtype SIV antibody positive rate was3.46%.Piglets antibody positive rate(5.78%),pig antibody positive rate(5.30%)higher than in nursery pigs(1.11%)and finishing pigs(0.40%)(p <0.01);Spring(0.81%)lower than in autumn(4.74%)and winter(3.75%)(p <0.01);Jianghuai region(4.04%)and Huaibei region(3.14%)higher than in Southern Region(2.90%).2014 to 2015 in Anhui Province H1N1pdm09 swine influenza virus antibody positive rate was 27.23%.Piglets antibody positive rate(43.35%)than pigs(28.13%),nursery(27.49%),finishing pigs(14.23%);Winter(38.92%)than in summer(25.24%),spring(23.39%),autumn(18.96%)(p <0.01);Jianghuai Region(35.52%)higher than in SouthernRegion(26.91%)and Huaibei Region(19.05%)(p <0.01)528 sera presence of two or more different subtypes of influenza virus antibodies while in 2284 serum samples.405 sera and the presence of SIV antibodies H1N1pdm09 influenza virus at the same time,Of which 242 samples the presence of classical H1N1,Eurasian avian-like H1N1 subtype SIV and H1N1pdm09 three kinds of influenza virus antibodies simultaneously,Higher than in combination with other subtypes(p <0.01).It indicates the presence of mixed infections with different subtypes of SIV and mixed infections with different subtypes of SIV H1N1pdm09 influenza virus in pigs in Anhui Province.In this study,Anhui area farms and SIV antibody test results H1N1pdm09 influenza virus analysis,To SIV and H1N1pdm09 influenza virus prevention and control as well as to provide reference for the development and implementation of effective flu prevention and control measures.
