| Ketosis has become one of the serious diseases affecting dairy industry development. In order to reveal the characteristics of dairy cows and changes of clinical blood biochemical index before and after parturition, reveal the regularity of metabolic stress energy, protein, mineral metabolism in such special period of high producing dairy cows, health status and cow itself such as liver function, renal function and some diseases (such as ketosis, hypocalcemia) occurrence regularity, and provide scientific basis for dairy cattle in Guangxi industry of postpartum healthy breeding and disease prevention and control, this study was conducted in a dairy farm in Nanning city. In this study, infected cows were removed by clinical observation, randomly selected 18 Holstein cows from the same feeding and management conditions, took the blood respectively, in the 1 week before the delivery day, the delivery day,1 to 7 weeks postpartum, a determination of blood biochemical indexes of blood glucose, ketone, ALT, AST, nearly 20 items of biochemical indexes were done. According to the blood ketone content that were examined the cows were divided into ketosis group and healthy group, we made the plasma 1 Omg/dL contents of ketone≥threshold as a standard diagnostic ketone; once the blood ketone content reaches the threshold value in the test period, the cow was assigned to the ketone disease group, or assigned to a healthy group. Significant application of detection results of t test in statistics analysis of group differences.2 of the ketosis cows which detection of ketone bodies has overcome the ketosis standard for 4 weeks were analyzed individually. The results showed that,18 Holstein cows has 9 ketosis cows.2 of them sustained ketosis cows (plasma ketone content≥10mg/dL, plasma glucose content≤50mg/dL lasting more than one month),7 cows for one-time ketosis. Results are divided into two parts:Firstly, through the data analysis of the 2 continuous ketosis cow, it is concluded that the ketosis cows occurred in the process showed that the plasma ketone body, liver enzymes and bilirubin, protein content, uric acid, urea nitrogen, triglycerides, free fatty acid content are maintained at a higher level, while the content of Ca, P, and plasma glucose maintained in low level; Second, with the 7 ketosis cow which one-time ketosis occurred on the day of the biochemical indexes compared with healthy cows (treated as the disease group and healthy group) respectively, the results showed that the plasma ketone body content of liver enzymes and bilirubin, uric acid, urea nitrogen, triglycerides, free fatty acid content in ketosis cows is generally higher than that of healthy cattle value; GLU, Ca and P content is lower than that of healthy cattle, it reflects the cattle liver and kidney function to a certain extent of damage. By analysis of the second part we can concluded that the AST, ALT, P, GLOB, TG, P, UA has a significant difference between the group of ketosis cows and the health group (P<0.05), the difference of NEFA that ketosis group and health group was significant (P<0.01), ALP, GGT, ALB, CHOL, Ca, TBIL, DBIL, BUN has no significant difference with healthy group (P>0.05), meanwhile ALB, GLOB, TP content in ketosis groups is less than the healthy group, this may be explained by liver protein synthesis or immune protein secretion function obstacle. |
