In this experiment, Ningza 1818 and Suyou No4 (Brassica napus L.) as materials, rapeseed blanket seedlings suitable for mechanized fast transplanting were cultivated and artificial transplanted. Treatments of different amounts of fertilizer and bolting fertilizer application dates were set up. Effect of bolting fertilizer on plant height, yield and nitrogen accumulation of blanket transplanting rapeseed were studied through determining the height of each part, dry matter accumulation and nitrogen content of each organ in maturity stage. The main results were as follows:1. With nitrogen increasing plant height increased significantly. The height of plant in high nitrogen treatment was 8.92cm higher than that in low nitrogen treatment, an increase of 4.60 percent, which the main stem height changed little but main-sequence axis length increased 9.32cm, an increase of 16.69 percent. With the postponement of fertilization period, the plant height increased. The plant height were 15.59cm and 10.39cm, the increases 8.46 percent and 5.49 percent higher when fertilization at the bolting 50cm height than that at the boltinglOcm and 30cm, respectively, which the main stem height decreased by 9.47cm and 4.97cm, but main-sequence axis height increased by 28.7cm and 12.85cm.2. Under the experimental conditions, increasing bolting fertilizer application rate and postpone bolting fertilizer application stage both could increase seed yield significantly. High bolting fertilizer application rate treatment increased seed yield of 8.16% to low bolting fertilizer application rate. The seed yield was 13.54%and 13.54% higher when the bolting fertilizer application at the bolting 50cm height than that at the bolting 10cm and 30cm, respectively. The changes of each yield components were different. Increasing bolting fertilizer application rate, the pod number per plant and seed number per pod increased by 13.44%and 4.59% respectively, but 1000-seed weight decreased by 4.59%. Postpone bolting fertilizer application stage, both the pod number per plant and seed number per pod increased but 1000-seed weight decreased. The pod number per plant was 11.98% and 2.74% more and seed number per pod was 9.76% and 6.66% more, but 1000-seed weight was 2.5% and 0.89% less when the bolting fertilizer application at the bolting 50cm height than that at the bolting 10cm and 30cm, respectively.3. When increasing nitrogen, the dry matter accumulation of the main stem and branches increased significantly, while the dry matter accumulation of the main sequence axis decreased. Under high nitrogen rate conditions, the main stem weight increased by 15.11%, branches weight increased by 7.54%, while the dry matter accumulation of the main sequence axis decreased by 4.32%. With the postponement of fertilizer period, the dry matter accumulation of the main sequence axis, main stem and branches were increased. In addition, increasing the amount of nitrogen and delayed fertilization could significantly increase the dry matter accumulation of the main stem and branch pod shell at maturity. Under high nitrogen condition, for two varieties, the average of the dry matter accumulation of the main stem was 0.78g higher than the low nitrogen, an increase of 10.5%. The main stem seed weight was 0.91 g and 0.26g higher when the bolting fertilizer application at the bolting 50cm height than that at the bolting 10cm and 30cm, respectively.4. Under different nitrogen conditions, nitrogen accumulation in various organs was different. Nitrogen accumulation in roots, main sequence axes, branches and pod shell were increased as the increasing of nitrogen rate. Postponement of fertilizer period, the pod shell nitrogen accumulation increased. Increase nitrogen rate could increase seeds nitrogen accumulation.
