| Botanic volatile organic compounds plays a major role in the matter of forest health, have a significant impact on atmospheric environment, air quality and human health.Ginko biloba is a common large deciduous trees in Beijing,Pinus koraiensis is a large evergreen tree which has a strong development and application value. This experiment take the VOCs from leaves and pure plantation released as the main research content,at the same time the concentration of microorganisms within the forest were simultaneous monitoring, trying to understand the Ginko biloba,Pinus koraiensis pure plantation VOCs release characteristics at different times and their impact on forest microorganism concentration, provide theoretical basis for tourists to carry on forest recreation which mainly relies on trees of Ginko biloba and Pinus koraiensis. In this study, the dynamic headspace adsorption acquisition and open collected were used to take the VOCs from Ginko biloba,Pinus koraiensis pure plantation and within the forest, using n-hexane solvent elution-GC/MS sample analysis, ion FIG manual interpretation to determine component and peak area normalization method to calculate the relative content. The VOCs were studied composition, concentration,at different times, changes in the concentration of microorganisms, the following conclusions:Ginko biloba leaves TVOC were identified 13 categories of 135 kinds,Ginko biloba forest TVOC were identified 10 categories of 105 kinds, from the frequency of view,VOCs within Ginko biloba leaves and forest almost the same, mainly composed of dodecane,2,6,11-trimethyl-dodecane,tetradecane,2,6,10-trimethyl tetradecyl,n-nonadecyl,bicyclo [4.4.1] undec-1(10),2,4,6,8 five-ene,2-ethyl-hexyl alcohol acetate, isobutyl benzoate, methyl salicylate,a natural nonanal,decanal,m-xylene,octane,coking xylene,2,4-di-tert.butyl-phenol,2-ethylhexanol.Changes in the concentration of VOCs from the air and the leaves about the same, except aromatics outside the other major components of the volatile matter content has a positive effect on human health, aromatics have an adverse effect on human health BTEX in September 13:00 high concentration, not suggest to carry out recreational activities in the forest by that time.Pinus koraiensis leaves TVOC were identified 11 categories of 223 kinds, forest TVOC were identified 11 categories of 170 kinds, from the frequency of view,VOCs within Pinus koraiensis leaves and forest almost the same, the main component of acetophenone,2-ethyl hexanol, natural nonanal,2-ethylhexanol acetate,decanal,m-xylene,[alpha]-pinene,octane,ethylbenzene,methyl salicylate, dodecyl, isobutyl benzoate ester, tetradecane, hexadecane, coking xylene,1,3-dichlorobenzene,2,4-di-tert-butyl phenol, menthol, camphene.Pinus koraiensis forest within the human body useful volatiles present in higher concentrations in September and more suitable to carry out recreational health activities.Human adverse BTEX in 13:00 of August and17:00 of October with higher concentrations,is not suitable to carry out recreational activities in the forest. In the VOCs of Ginko biloba and Pinus koraiensis, the components which have bactriostasis are Decanalănonanal natural and methyl salicylate, there is obvious bactriostasis to the bacteria and fungi, yet not for actinomycetes. At 13:00pm,the bactriostasis is the strongest, and microorganism concentration is the lowest inside the woods. The results can provide theoretical basis for tourists to have forest recreation which mainly relies on trees of Ginko biloba and Pinus koraiensis and provide experimental foundation for choosing the optimal time for receation, being of great significance to the rational utilization of forestry healthcare resources and the health of Beijing residents. |
