| In order to learn the characteristics of hybridized meat horse with weight, body size and muscle histology from Yili area. This experiment takes hybridized meat horse(Ardennes ×Yili horse) and Yili horse as abstract. Determine about growth performance(body size, weight) carcass traits and muscle histology and take comparative analysis. The results as follows: Body size and weight analysis shows that the average measurement datas of F1 generation stallion are higher than Yili stallion in liveweight, chest circumference, pipe circumference, body height and length.The F1 generation mare are higher than Yili’s in liveweight, body height and length.chest circumference, but pipe circumference are lower, there was no significant difference(P>0.05). The stallion and mare of hybrid F1 generation was almost no difference in body size, but in weighth has significant difference(P<0.05). Slaughter test The results of slaughter test show that there exist significant difference in liveweight between hybrid F1 generation stallion and Yili stallion(P<0.05), and was significant difference in slaughter rate, net mea rate, the ratio between bone and meat(P>0.05), also in carcass traits and organs(P>0.05). The measurement results of muscle tenderness and histological characteristics shows that in hybridization horses,the Muscle fiber diameter of forelegs, back and hinds were 66.14μm, 54.62μm, 70.23μm. Muscle fiber cross-sectional area were 1495.71μm2, 1207.41μm2, 1871.50μm2. Muscle fiber density were374.36n/mm2, 483.91n/mm2, 318.71n/mm2. Compare with Yili horses in muscle fiber diameter,was no significant difference(P>0.05).In the shearing force test, compared with the previous leg and back muscles, the back muscles was soft, and the difference was significant(P<0.05), the muscles shear force values of rear legs was close to front legs. |
