Acrocarpus fraxinifolius is one fast-growing timber species in tropical and subtropical promising, widely widely distributed in China in southern Yunnan, western Guangxi, parts of Guizhou, and Southeast Asian countries are also distributed. Fertilizing seedlings belonging to a key part in seedling cultivation, especially seedlings of fast-growing period, the supply of fertilizer is very important. In this study, the seedling fertilization effect not only in theory makes sense, in the production practice also has a guiding value.In this study, on the basis of the nursery pot experiment, by the method of Single factor randomized design and orthogonal design, the fertilization effect of nitrogen fertilizer, phosphate fertilizer and formulated fertilization of formulated fertilization were researched, The results shows that:(1) Different concentrations of nitrogen fertilizer applied on seedling growth was significantly affected. An appropriate amount of nitrogen fertilizer can increase seedling height, diameter growth, but too much nitrogen fertilizer was easy to produce toxic effects. The optimum amount of nitrogen nutrition is 6g/pot, the content of N in plants, increase rate of seedling hight, diameter and biomass were 155%,61.7%,438.3% and 97.6%; (2) Phosphate fertilization can significantly improve diameter growth of seedlings and root biomass accumulation, but for height growth and stem, leaf biomass accumulation had no significant effect. The optimum amount of phosphate nutrition is 3g/pot. The diameter, root biomass and stems biomass were the maximum and the increase rate were 39.9%,95%,50%; (3) Formulated fertilization can significantly improve seedling height, diameter, and roots, stems, leaves and other vegetative organs biomass growth, but different fertilizer treatments on seedling growth of the index varies.
