| Excessive use of nitrogen fertilizer is more prevalent in our country,the utilization rate of nitrogen fertilizer is low,not only resulting in soil degradation,will result in other environmental issues,for example,groundwater contamination 、 water eutrophication and so on.Water hyacinth is the removal of eutrophication important plant species,but in the subsequent processing large amounts of water hyacinth problem after sewage treatment is an important issue to be solved.Thus,the utilization of water hyacinth research has an important practical significance.In this paper,by setting a reference CK treatment,composting and fertilizer use six different proportions of water hyacinth,as WH0%+N100%、WH20%+N80%、WH40%+N60%、WH60%+N40%、WH80%+N20% and WH100%+N0%,the water hyacinth compost and reduce nitrogen fertilization of the flag leaf of wheat and rice nitrogen metabolism after sword which activity and influence on production,the results are as follows:(1)Within 25 d after wheat flowering,WH40 %+ N60% NR activity is higher,the other difference is not obvious,but they were higher than CK,WH40%+WH60% and N60%+N40% of GS and GAGOT activity is significantly higher than other treatments;GDH activity of WH20%+N80%,WH40%+ N60%,and WH60%+N40% is higher.Treatments of WH40%+WH60% and N60%+N40% can significantly improve the nitrogen metabolism activity of key enzyme after wheat flowering.(2)Treatments of WH20%+N80%,WH40%+N60%,WH60%+N40%and N80%+N20%are higher than others in wheat stem tillers number,SPAD and LAI,Dry matter accumulation of WH20%+N80% and WH40%+ N60% was significantly higher than others at wheat filling period and mature period;Production of WH20%+N80%,WH40%+ N60%,and WH60%+N40% is significantly higher than others.(3)After the rice flowering,NR activity of WH40%+N60% is significantly better than other treatment,and GS activity between each treatments has not reached significantly level,but GAGOT activity of WH40%+ N60% is significantly higher than others,WH20%+N80% and WH60%+N40% following;The GDH activity of WH40%+N60%,WH60%+N40% and N80%+N20% was highest.WH40%+N60%can significantly increase the rice nitrogen metabolism key enzyme activity after flowering.(4)Rice chemical nitrogen fertilizer use can obviously increase the number of tillers,the Tiller handle of WH0 + N100% was the highest;Water hyacinth organic fertilizer did not reduce SPAD,and SPAD of WH20%+N80%,WH40%+N60% and WH60%+N40% was the highest;The rice dry matter accumulation of WH0+ N100 %is highest,WH40%+N60% following at jointing stage,full panicle stage and mature period;The use of chemical nitrogen fertilizer could significantly increase the rice effective panicles.Production of WH20%+N80%,WH40%+N60% and WH60% +N40% is highest.WH40%+N60% and WH60%+N40% was the best match.(5)WH20%+N60% and WH40%+N80% treatment has the highest annual crop yield,Proportion of WH20% +N 80% and WH40% + N60% has an potential to increase production.In summary,WH40% + N60% can significantly increase after wheat and rice leaf flag leaf nitrogen metabolism key enzyme activity,improve crop Nitrogen Metabolism Filling Stage for grain transport sufficient nutrients to lay the foundation for crop yield.The crop yield of WH20%+N80%,WH40%+ N60% and WH60%+N40% is significantly higher than other treatment,therefore,WH20%+N80%,WH40%+ N60%and WH60%+N40% was the best treatment for optimum fertilization scheme. |
