This research studied the effects of supplemental microbiological preparation on milk yield, milk composition and related endocrine levels of Yili mare during lactation, and provided a reference for lactating mares.Twenty-four lactating Yili mare with similar age, birth order and lactation month were randomly divided into control group, trialⅠ,Ⅱ and Ⅲ. Control group and the trial groups fed with the same dose of concentrate supplement. Trial I,Ⅱand III were supplemented with bacillus subtilis(living bacteria number 2.0×1011 CFU/g) 0.05 g and lactobacillus plantarum(living bacteria number 2.0×1011 CFU/g) 0.133 g, bacillus subtilisn 0.10 g and lactobacillus plantarum 0.266 g, bacillus subtilisn 0.10 g and lactobacillus plantarum 0.266 g. Determing milk yield and milk composition at every 14 d during the trial. Blood samples were collected at every 20 d and determination antioxidant index and hormone content of plamsa. The results showed that: milk yield of trialⅡat 42 d was increased by 6.17 %、9.39 %、7.61 % compared with control group, trialⅠ,Ⅲ; the yield of milk lactose of trialⅠwas increased by 9.41 %、13.42 %、15.59 % compared with control group, trialⅡ,Ⅲ at 56 d. the yield of milk fat of trial Ⅲ at 70 d was increased by 15.13 %、9.52 %、10.00 % compared with control group, trialⅠ,Ⅱ. In the aspect of antioxidant capacity, glutathione peroxidase livingness of trialⅡat 20 d was improved by 23.86 %、20.93 %、11.68 % compared with control group, trialⅠ, Ⅲ. the T-AOC of trialⅠ,Ⅱ and Ⅲ were increased by 29.41 %、19.33 %、6.44 % compared with control group at 80 d. However there was no effect of supplemental bacillus subtilis and lactobacillus plantarum on the content of TP, ALB,GLB, BUN, hormone in plasma and the content of hormone in milk. This present study showed that supplemented with bacillus subtilis(living bacteria number 2.0×1011 CFU/g) 0.10 g and lactobacillus plantarum(living bacteria number 2.0×1011 CFU/g) 0.266 g can improved the milk yield, the content of lactose, protein in milk, the content of CSH-Px and T-AOC in plasma, decreased the content of MDA, improve the antioxidant capacity of organism. Supplemented with bacillus subtilis(living bacteria number 2.0×1011 CFU/g) 0.05 g and lactobacillus plantarum(living bacteria number 2.0×1011 CFU/g) 0.133 g can improve the the content of fat in milk. Supplemental bacillus subtilis and lactobacillus plantarum can improve the the content of E3, PRL, FSH, LH in plasma. However there was no effect of supplemental bacillus subtilis and lactobacillus plantarum on the content of TP, ALB,GLB, BUN in plasma and the content of hormone in milk.
