The introduced blueberry cultivars are affected by the different environments in different regions and have some diversifications.Research on the economic characters of all cultivars,screen blueberry cultivars for central and southern Anhui province by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.Use ISSR to analyze whether their DNA have changed or not.It will contribute to find out new blueberry cultivars.Provide technical support for Anhui Province’s blueberry industry development,accelerate to promote the blueberry varieties to achieve effective increase in economic value.Fuzzy synthetic evaluation was done by using seven economic characteristics of Seventeen blueberry germplasm resources offered by Huiwang blueberry base in Wuhu Anhui.ISSR species identification in applications is already very mature.This is the following results:(1)Bluechip and Choice were ranked first,and Brigitta was the worst.(2)Correlation and regression analysis of economic characters of each cultivars says that,blueberry fruit anthocyanin content and titratable acidity content was significantly negative correlation(α = 0.05,F> F0.05);Fruit weight and vitamin C,fruit weight with the longitude by a significant positive correlation(α = 0.05,F> F0.05);Fruit weight and the content of anthocyanin,cross and Longitude was significantly correlated(α = 0.01,F>F0.01).(3)Principal component analysis showed that the five main components of the cumulative variance’s contribution ratio of 8 traits reached 95.47%,joint degree were0.797 or more,the five main components described basic overview of the key information all 8 traits.(4)From the 16 ISSR primers I screened 9 suitable for blueberries they are1,2,3,7,8,and9,10,11,12.(5)Compared with the previous introduction of varieties,Two-thirds of them have changed its’ strip : Number I have 14 different bands,No.II have 9 bands were changed,No III amplified bands unchanged.It showed I,II,and a wide range of genomic variation occurred,but merely change III No.Appearance,the genetic material is still the same.(6)I got 54 clear and stable DNA bands,each primer has 6 of them,and theirs’ molecular fragment are between 200 bp and 2000 bp,and there are 35 polymorphic bands among them,the average polymorphism ratio is 65%,polymorphism of the highest are the1,9 and 12,up more than 75%,the lowest is the 2,it’s polymorphism is only 40%.
