Different fruit types of C.oleifera in the blooming period of anthracnose were chosen as experimental materials in the absence of any prevention C.oleifera pure forest.Then their incidence was investigated.The morphology characteristics peel structure,physiological and biochemical characteristics were also studied,to explore their relationships to anthracnose,and to select the better resistance trait with anthracnose incidence of C.oleifera,as well as to provide a theoretical basis for breeding disease-resistant varieties.The results are as follows:1.Based on the color of fruit peel in Camellia oleifera field were grouped into five types of pure cyan,chestnut red,green red,green yellow and linen cyan.The scales were respectively 7.9%,14.8%,30.6%,42.1% and 4.6%.At the same time,the shapes of fruit were grouped into four types of spherical,ovoid,oval and orange-shaped.The scales were respectively 29.0%,34.0%,17.0% and 20.0%.2.The main morphology characteristics of C.oleifera with different infected degrees type ware significantly different.The range of fruit transverse diameter was2.58 cm-3.53 cm.Disease incidence with the fruit transverse diameter was extremely significantly correlated.The fruit transverse diameter was increased with C.oleifera fruits enhanced disease resistance,while the same as longitudinal diameter of fruit.Fruit size,fresh weight and area are showed a decreasing trend with increased incidence degree.3.Results showed that the thickness of peel,wax,lamina corneum and parenchyma of highly-resistance type were all the highest?5.33×103?m,35.68 ?m,25.85 ?m,87.73 ?m?,and those indexes of highly-susceptible type were the lowest?2.77×103 ?m,19.33 ?m,9.67 ?m,48.33 ?m?.The stomata aperture density and unit area of stoma were decreased with C.oleifera fruits enhanced disease resistance.Those indexes of highly-susceptible type were the highest?38.58 ?m2,22.02 per square millimeter,670.50?m2?,the highly-resistance types were the lowest?12.59?m2,5.05 per square millimeter,82.21 ?m2?.However,there was no significant difference between the size of stoma and the disease resistance.The epidermal hairs length,roughness and density of the resistance type were all higher than the susceptible type.Results showed that there was an extremely close relationship between the peel structure and anthracnose resistance of C.oleifera,which can be as a reference index to appraisal anthracnose resistance of C.oleifera.4.The pH value and the conductivity were decreased with C.oleifera fruits enhanced disease resistance.Those indexes of highly-susceptible type were the highest?4.94%,36.00%?,the highly-resistance types were the lowest?4.01%,26.00%?.The tannin content,anthocyanin content,soluble sugar content and PAL activity were increased with C.oleifera fruits enhanced disease resistance.Those indexes of highly-susceptible type were the highest(4.16%,22.75 mg/g,2.37%,48.33U?g·min-1),the highly-resistance types were the lowest(1.66%,16.74 mg/g,1.35%,28.67 U?g·min-1).5.Results showed that the disease incidence with the fruit color and shape ware positive correlated with correlation coefficient 0.7626 and 0.7335,while the fruit size,transverse diameter,longitudinal diameter,weight and area of fruit ware negative correlated with correlation coefficient-0.6451,-0.6335,-0.6335,-0.1684 and-0.5343.Among those indexes the disease incidence with the fruit color and shape ware significantly positive correlated,while the pH value and the conductivity ware extremely significantly positive correlated.At the same time,the anthocyanin content and PAL activity were extremely negative correlated with correlation coefficient-0.8202 and-0.8251.6.Those indexes made obvious contribution to disease incidence.Among morphology characteristics of C.oleifera fruits,from small to large ware fruit color,fruit size,fruit shape,transverse diameter,fruit area,fruit weight and longitudinal diameter.At the same time,among physiological and biochemical characteristics,from small to large ware the conductivity,pH value,PAL activity,anthocyanin content,soluble sugar content and tannin content.
