Listeriosis is a serious foodborne zoonotic diseases, and Listeria monocytogene s referred to as LM is the main pathogen which cause the disease.It has been proved that more than 40 kinds of animals can be infected by this bacteria, while those infected human and animal would appear such sepsis as,abortion, meningitis or other symptom. In recent decades, as Listeriosis continuously outbreaked in worldwide, it has been paid more attention. However, it is limited to zero detection in our country. Thus, our countries establishes isolation and identification of Listeria monocytogenes in various regions of sh eep to research the sensitivity of Listeria to all kinds of antibiotics and establishes fast detection and identification technology of Listeria monocytogenes which has an important significance on early prevention and treatment of that disease.According to the national standard(GB4789.30-2010), sheep and silage samples were sampled for Listeria detecting in parts of Yili region, including Zhaosu county, Nileke county, Huocheng county, Chabuchaer county sheep farms, the culture characteristics and biochem ical characteristics of the isolated strain were combined to determine the existence of Listeria.Isolation and identification of sheep in vivo use of Ili region as listeria monocytogenes antigen plate agglutination,with standard positive serum plate agglutination test, build plate agglutination detection method, and verified by specific testing and conformance testing.It was isolated from sheep in vivo and silage 1 4 Listeria monocytogenes,this indicates that in there was a certain degree of infection or c ontamination in the sheeps and the silage in the sheep farms of the sampling area.Flat plate agglutination test to determine the optimal working concentration of antigen was 7 × 109CFU/m L,.The results show that the method has good specificity, Compliance test total coincidence rate was 93.4%In concluding, research results show that the Yili area is existing threaten by Listeria monocytogenes pathogenesis, the establishment of plate agglutination methods can relatively fast, The above research results can be provided a scientific basis for the Listeria monocytogene prevention and control on sheep of Yili area.
