| Tobacco is an important economic crop in China, bring huge revenue to us every year. In recent years, our country has developed many field management machineries, but they are still at a low level, their work function is single, the penetration rate is low. This is not conducive to the development of modern tobacco agriculture. Among them, the topping mechanization development is more fall behind. After topping we should inhibit the growth of axillary buds to prevent axillary buds to consume too much nutrients, which can greatly improve the yield and quality of tobacco. In order to realize the rapid development of the tobacco industry, we need to study the mechanization, automation and intelligent technology of tobacco topping.In order to get rid of "make it rigidly uniform" topping situation, we designed an intelligent tobacco topping machine, which can complete topping, disinfection and restraining buds at the same time. The topping machine structure is composed of power system, tobacco height identification system, lifting system, inhibitor spraying system, topping device, and disinfection device etc. In this paper, the components of the topping machine were studied and designed, and the key components were analyzed by the finite element analysis, the research contents are as follows:(1) Design of overall structure and power system.The research status of tobacco topping machines at home and abroad was studied, according to the design requirements and the actual situation of tobacco production, the structure and power system were determined. Highland gap chassis and the general battery provide power for the machine.(2) Design of tobacco height identification system and lifting system.Tobacco height identification system can complete the automatic identification of tobacco topping height, so as to control the automatic lifting device to achieve intelligent tobacco topping. Camera sent the information to the microcontroller, microcontroller processes information and then calculate the cutter lifting or dropping height to control the motor shaft and the rotation angle. Then the topping device was adjusted to find a suitable topping position. The reel lifting device was designed, and the linear ball guideway slider mechanism was chosen. The shaft is analyzed by finite element analysis and its structure was optimal designed.(3) Design of topping device and blade disinfection device.The characteristics of several kinds of topping were studied, and the vertical rotary cutting way was finally adopted, the tangent direction of blade cutting is same with machine direction when working. According to the speed,55ZYT51A3PX6 DC motor was chosen. The blade disinfection device composed of medicine chest, valves, pipes, disinfection mechanism etc. Among them, the disinfection mechanism is arranged above the cutter. The blade can scratch brush which filled with disinfectant to prevent the tobacco virus spread.(4) Design of inhibitor spraying system and bud collection device.Inhibitor spraying device is installed in the rear of the cutter. When the tobacco stalk is just below the nozzle, solenoid valve will be opened, then the nozzle will spray inhibitor. Then buds will be collected by collection basket.(5) Manufacture of model machine and prototype performance test.Two dimensional chart of the prototype are drawn based on theoretical analysis, and according to the actual condition to finish prototype performance test. |
