Collaborative Relationship Research On Site Selection Of High Speed Rail Station And Urban Development

With China's high-speed railway gradually completed and opened to traffic,the promotion effect of high speed rail on urban development gradually appear.The high-speed rail station as hub node,enlarge the promoting effect of high speed rail on urban development.However,unreasonable high-speed rail station site,will weaken the positive effects brought by the HSR,result in the waste of investment and construction costs,cause inconvenience to travelers and bring about the uncoordinated development of cities.In order to coordinate the site selection and urban development of HSR stations,this article has done the following research:This article first analyzes the impact of HSR on urban development.External accessibility as a starting point,the city's external accessibility is enhanced in the region,so as to attract the aggregation of factors of production,further analysis concluded that it stimulates more employment needs,attracts the gathering and proliferation of industries,and optimizes the industrial structure of the city,thus brings a certain impact on the urban economic development.And from the station area development and construction and optimization of the city's functional areas,analyzed the impact of HSR on urban spatial structure and the impact of HSR as a mode of transport on the development of transportation system.According to the status of high-speed rail station location,first analyzed the evolution of the relative location of high-speed rail stations and cities in our country,and analyzed the present situation and distribution characteristics of station distribution in China,then analyzed factors influencing the location of HSR station in China from three levels :region,city and station area,focusing on the impact of the city level.By means of statistics,comparison and summarization,analyzed the impact of HSR station on internal accessibility and station development due to site selection.According to the interaction and influence between stations and cities established a conceptual model of synergy;used linear regression analysis method and gray forecasting method to establish a model to study the contribution of HSR stations to urban economic development;used fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to establish evaluation model of coordination degree between station location and urban development;taking Chengdu East Railway Station as an example,this paper studied its contribution to Chengdu's economy and the degree of coordination with Chengdu's development.
