Compared with the traditional traction machine,the vertical lifting mode driven by the linear motor has a great advantage in lifting height,lifting speed and wellbore utilization,but its further development and application are affected by the linear motor thrust Low density limit.In this paper,the Salient-pole Halbach PM Linear Synchronous Motor(SH-PMLSM)is a new type of motor that integrates the characteristics and superiority of Halbach motor,salient pole motor and permanent magnet linear motor.It is in the thrust density,application prospects and other aspects than the traditional permanent magnet permanent magnet linear motor has an advantage.There are few studies on the new motor at home and abroad.This paper focuses on the working principle of new motor,electromagnetic field modeling,electromagnetic properties,magnetic resistance analysis and other theoretical research work.The main research work is as follows:Firstly,the topology of the Salient pole Halbach permanent magnet linear motor is proposed,and the characteristics of the secondary magnet structure and the magnetic field distribution are analyzed emphatically.The primary winding scheme of the motor is determined,and the fractional winding is analyzed.The winding coefficients of the different slot are calculated,and the slot coordination mode of SH-PMLSM is selected.The preliminary design of the new motor was carried out,and the main parameters of SH-PMLSM were determined.Secondly,the global magnetic field analysis model of the Salient pole Halbach permanent magnet linear motor is established.The secondary Halbach array is equivalent to the surface current density uniformly distributed along the upper and lower surfaces of the Halbach array region,,The permanent magnets in the secondary convex iron pole structure are equivalent to the surface current density uniformly distributed along the upper and lower surfaces of the convex-gold pole region,and the magnetic fields generated by the permanent magnets of the two parts are calculated and superimposed separately Secondary permanent magnet excitation field distribution.The primary winding is equivalent to the current density.The magnetic field correction function is used to solve the influence of the secondary and secondary bilateral grooving on the magnetic field distribution of the motor,and the accuracy of the magnetic field is improved.The resolution of the air gap and the electromagnetic force is less than 7%.Finally,the finite element simulation model of SH-PMLSM unit motor is established,and the electromagnetic characteristics of the motor are analyzed.The influence of the width and height of the convex iron and the magnetization direction of the permanent magnet on the performance of the SH-PMLSM unit is studied.Then,the magnetic resistance of the short primary SH-PMLSM was optimized by changing the pole arc coefficient,tooth width,normal magnetization height and adding auxiliary teeth.
