Research On The Evolution Of Rural Settlement In Chengdu Plain In The Last Thirty Years

Rural settlement is an important material culture which possesses regional characteristics,and also one of the spiritual cultures which can exhibit the local customs.The rural settlement of Chengdu Plain is the material carrier of its traditional farming culture,and the study of rural settlement patterns would contribute to people's awareness and promote regional spirit.The origin of rural settlements in Chengdu Plain is very early and has obvious geographical features,which is the inevitable choice under the interactional relationship between natural geographical environment and social economic factors in Chengdu Plain,which was exhibited in its morphological system,spatial layout and overall features.The rural settlements in the Chengdu Plain have been experiencing rapid changes that never occurred in the past three decades.With the rapid improvement of urbanization,industrialization and rural social and economic level,the traditional production and lifestyle,family structure and settlement concept of rural residents have also undergone dramatical changes.The rural settlement pattern of Chengdu Plain also develops rapidly in this social background.Under the new situation,exploring the evolution of the rural human settlements mode,analyzing the driving mechanism is of important theoretical and practical significance to optimize rural settlement space layout,guide the respect of the Chengdu Plain regional characteristics and conform to the laws of production and life of the new rural construction.This thesis is based on the research results of human settlement,rural settlements and rural sociology.Firstly,based on the requirements of this thesis,the evolution of traditional rural settlements in Chengdu Plain is divided into five stages from pre-Qin to modern times,introduces the natural and social factors that influence the development of traditional rural settlements,and analyze the characteristics of rural settlements in Chengdu Plain from macroscopic,mesoscopic and micro level.The thesis has a comprehensive understanding of the characteristics of rural settlements,which has important guiding significance for research of the inheritance and renewal of the rural clustering in the rural Chengdu Plain.On the basis of the study,based on ArcGIS10.2 software technical support,by using a variety of methods,such as landscape pattern index analysis,kernel density estimation,spatial hierarchy and buffer analysis,from the size and shape,spatial distribution of the rural settlement pattern,the typical case of nearly 30 years development was studied.Summarize Chengdu Plain rural human settlements evolution regularity from four aspects,and connecting with the urban and rural development as a whole and the requirements for the new rural construction and further analyze the driving mechanism.Finally,the result of this research has been summarized.Based on the result,this thesis summarizes and come up with the optimization principles and specific optimization measures of rural settlements in the Chengdu Plain in the new period.The theoretical research results of this paper are put into practice.
