It clearly shown in? "13th Five-Year" power development plan?that we will accelerate transformation and upgrading of coal,promote clean and orderly development,and strive to achieve the goal with "existing coal-fired generators are lower than the transformation of average coal consumption of 310 grams of standard coal / kWh".Power plant needs digging equipment potential,elimination of high energy consuming equipment or system,energy saving.To thermal power plant equipment-maintenance technical management person,some study on the method of reducing energy consumption of coal-fired power plant steam turbine operation and implementation,reduce coal consumption,will be on the safe economic operation of power enterprises,reduce emissions of environmental pollutants,reduce the negative impact of coal-fired units in the society,is of great significance.According to the thermodynamic theory of RANKINE-cycle,base on two ways with hot and cold,I analysis the thermal-test results,the operation parameters of steam turbine and cooling tower.By comparison design parameters,get result with the necessity of the transformation.Then confirmed the content of the unit energy saving that the hot way is retrofit of steam turbine steam seal body,reduce leakage loss in turbine stage;the cold way is cooling tower transformation,reduce the circulating cooling water tower exit temperature,the pressure of low pressure cylinder of steam turbine is close to design value.By comparing the advantages and disadvantages of various steam seals and fillers,and combining with the operation of the system,the scope of energy saving reform is determined.During the overhaul period,the most reasonable window for the implementation of the mature project of the technical scheme can reduce the interaction between the various systems,and the implementation time is abundant.After the retrofit,the thermodynamic performance tests are carried out with the same method and the original measurement,so that the performance of the unit before and after the retrofit is more scientifically and economically analyzed.The result shows that the effect of energy saving 3.78 g standard coal/kWh and consumption reduction is obvious.
