Due to its simple and compact structure and reliable performance,oil seals are widely used in automobiles,machine tools and construction machinery.In the future,industrial development will continue to develop at a high temperature and high pressure.Therefore,the chance of oil seals will gradually increase,and the consequences of accidents will become more serious.Therefore,the study of seals is very important and necessary.Therefore,this dissertation aims at the damage and leakage problem of reciprocating skeleton oil seals,establishes the finite element model of reciprocating skeleton oil seals,conducts numerical simulations,and draws conclusions about the influence of various factors on the sealing performance of reciprocating skeleton oil seals,and design a performance test bench for verification,which provides reference to improve the performance of the reciprocating type skeleton oil seal.1)A pressure field model of a reciprocating skeleton oil seal is established.The influence of the interference,reciprocating speed,friction coefficient and fluid pressure on the distribution and size of the equivalent stress and contact pressure at the dense lip of the reciprocating skeleton oil seal is analyzed.And it can be obtain the effects of various factors on the sealing properties of reciprocating skeleton oil seal,to provide a reference for further study on the sealing performance of reciprocating skeleton seals;2)Establish a temperature field model of a reciprocating skeleton oil seal,to study on the maximum temperature distribution and numerical value at the lip of reciprocating type oil seal when different interference,different reciprocating velocity,different friction and different fluid pressures,and it can be obtain the influence of various factors on the temperature of lip.At the same time based on the allowable temperature range of the selected rubber material,it can provide a reasonable range of values for each factor in actual use;3)A temperature field model of a reciprocating type skeleton oil seal is established,and the influence of the matching surface appearance of the shaft on the sealing performance of the reciprocating type skeleton oil seal is analyzed,mainly including the roughness of the shaft and the surface texture of the shaft.That is,toestablish a model with different surface roughness and surface texture for the shaft and oil seal,and to perform finite element simulation.Through analysis,it can be obtained that the proper roughness and surface texture of the shaft can promote the sealing performance of the oil seal,and give a rough range of reasonable use;4)Aiming at the uncertainty of numerical simulation,a machine for experimental testing various parameters of reciprocating skeleton oil seals was designed,and the detection method of each parameter was also designed,mainly for the leakage amount and the temperature of the lip and its nearby oil.The numerical value is tested to compare with the analysis data,and then a more accurate conclusion is obtained,which provides a more accurate reference for the use of the reciprocating type skeleton oil seal.
