The Study Onthe Influencing Factors Of Site Selection Of Urban Rail Transit

After the reform and opening up,the society develops rapidly.Cities are growing and the population is increasing rapidly,coupled with the improvement of people's economic income and living standards,private car ownership is rising too,traffic pressure is increasing quickly.The large capacity,punctuality and fast transportation-rail transit is developing,which is interested by the first and second tier cities of China.The cities are investing a lot of money in rail transit construction in order to alleviate the contradiction between development and traffic pressure.The construction is very hard,its cost and risk are high.The development of urban,economic level,geographical conditions and many other factors effect planning and construction.The line and the location selection will influence the rail transit operation efficiency,passenger flow stability,urban layout or even the social and economic benefits chronically.This paper studies the influencing factors of rail transit station location,and summarizes the factors through the accumulation in the daily design and management experience.AHP model is used to analyze the influencing factors of location,calculate the importance of each factor,and obtain the influence ranking finally.The site selection will be more theoretical support and more reasonable based on the result of AHP.Correct site selection not only can make full use of station resources to attract the surrounding passengers,but also can reduce the cost of investment,even can fully coordinate the relationship between the station setting,and the line design or even the city planning.This paper analyzes and summarizes the principles and factors that affect the location of the station,and uses the AHP to study the influence factors.Taking Temple of Marquis station of Chengdu metro Line 10 as an example to show how to use the influencing factors for site selection,to solve the actual problem of site selection.
