The vehicle's handling stability which is under the combined driving and steering conditions is one of the most important safety performance.People pay more and more attention to the relevant control theory and technology research.For security reasons,the vehicles steering and braking instability state cannot be validated by real vehicle experiment.Therefore,simulation test and analysis based on related theory has certain practical significance to the study of vehicles steering and braking stability.The paper analyzes the dynamics of the vehicle steering and braking condition.The simulation software called AMESim establishes the model of a passenger car.It analyzes the evaluation index of the vehicle's driving stability by simulation.They are yaw angular velocity,lateral acceleration and angle of sideslip.The simulation analysis of vehicle stability critical steering wheel angle is under the condition of constant braking torque and different speed.The simulation analysis of vehicle stability critical braking torque is under the condition of constant steering wheel angle and different speed.The research shows that the vehicle driving conditions on steering and braking stability are related to braking speed,braking torque and steering wheel angle.The stable region of vehicle steering and braking is generated by the simulation results which integrated braking speed,braking torque and steering wheel angle.Through the real vehicle test,the stability of the vehicle steering brake running condition is verified and analyzed.
