In recent years,urban rail transit has developed rapidly.However,with a large number of construction projects of urban rail transit have been started,safety accidents have occurred from time to time,which has caused negative impact and great damage to enterprises and society.Aiming at ensuring the safety construction of urban rail transit and avoiding all kinds of safety accidents in the construction stage,it is necessary to select appropriate management method to complete the investigation and analysis of the accidents,and protect the construction safety of urban rail transit projects from the occurrence of safety accidents,so as to ensure the smooth completion of construction projects.Based on the classical theory of safety management and deep analysis of the characteristics of rail transit projects,this paper makes a detailed analysis and research on several kinds of safety accidents frequently occurring in rail transit projects,combining the actual situation of Chongqing rail transit project construction,to provide the corresponding safety management measures,which is of great significance for improving the management level of Chongqing rail transit project and ensuring the smooth development of the rail transit project.The main contents of the study are as follows:1)Analyzed the characteristics of the current rail transit project and its safety management in Chongqing,and put forward the basic model of safety risk management.2)The safety accidents occurred in the construction of railway transit projects in Chongqing in recent years were counted,and classify them according to the types of accidents.Combined with the relevant data of the whole country,obtain several types of high incidence accidents in the construction of rail transit projects.The fundamental cause of the accident is analyzed by the method of fish-bone map,and make the foundation for the future study.3)Use the method of Work Breakdown Structure(WBS)to identify the main construction safety risks by taking the underground excavation project of Ranjiaba Station as an example.Evaluated the main construction safety risks of hiddenexcavation projects by using and improving LEC evaluation method,to obtain several types of risk sources with high risk value and corresponding accidents types that may be triggered,which should be placed on prevention and control in the course of subsequent construction and other similar rail transit projects.4)Aim at Chongqing region prone tunnel collapse accident from emergency disposal,safety technology and safety management were put forward the specific measures,and from two aspects of safety technology and safety management were put forward against the high falling,objects strike,lifting harm,fires and electric shock protection measures,and from the aspects of perfecting the safety management system,the related safety management advice are given.
