In our country's construction industry,general accidents of safety production occur frequently and serious accidents of safety production occur.The party and the leaders of the state attach great importance to this.At present,under the prerequisite that the participating parties can't fully perform their security duties,the role of the government safety supervision institution is indispensable.In addition,as the direct supervision department of the safety production of the basic construction project,the supervision work of the safety supervision agency has its own characteristics that gradually formed a relatively perfect supervision system in the internal management and engineering supervision.However,there are many problems to be solved for safety supervision agencies.It is necessary to analyze the government safety regulation,to improve the efficiency of safety supervision,carry out the enterprise security responsibility,reduce construction safety accidents and implement project safety in construction.In this paper,as G district as an example,this thesis analyzes safety status of safety supervision institutions of the government and the participating parties of the construction projects and difficulties and problems in safety regulation.Using the "Game Theory",the paper analyzes outstanding problems between the government safety supervision institutions and construction units,between construction units and supervision units.At the meantime,using the "Fault Tree" technique,the thesis analyzes the basic reasons of the safety accident in production.The paper focuses on the current scaffold support collapse.Through the theoretical research,the paper provides a strongly theoretical basis to solve the problem of the current safety regulation and improve efficiency of the regulation.
