Research On The Role Of Canal Cultural Heritage In Rural Construction

With the development of urbanization strategy and the construction of new countryside,the protection and inheritance of cultural heritage has become an important subject in rural construction.Cultural heritage is the accumulation of traditional culture in history,and still has a significant impact on the whole rural construction and local culture.At present,many traditional villages along the Grand Canal of Beijing and Hangzhou have declined with the development of the times,but there are still rich Canal Cultural Heritage there.Therefore,under the background of the construction of the sub center of Tongzhou in Beijing,current construction of the new countryside should pay more attention to the long-term interest construction of the cultural protection and inheritance of the Chinese nation.It has more important research significance to explore how the canal cultural heritage will be inherited and regenerated,what a role of it playing in the process of rural construction.By collecting and sorting out the relevant theories,such as inheritance,protection,renewal and development of the cultural heritage of the Grand Canal,taking part in the research project of cultural and rural construction of the Grand Canal in Tongzhou area,this paper explores the important influence to the development and change of coastal rural settlements caused by canal culture and also shows the current problems in the rural construction.The paper is divided into five chapters.The first chapter is an introduction of the background,content and significance of China's rural construction and the Grand Canal from Beijing to Hangzhou.defines the object and scope of the study and puts forward my research problems and framework on how the canal cultural heritage plays a role in rural construction;The second chapter discusses the existing value of canal cultural heritage in the development of rural areas through the relevant definitions of rural construction and the overall overview of the development and changes of the Grande Canale Tongzhou section..The third chapter summarizes the difficulties and causes of Tongzhou's rural construction change and canal cultural heritage protection by the data and related theoretics from research combined together with my own experience.The fourth chapter is the in-depth analysis and research on the development and changes of Zhangjiawan Town,take Zhangjiawan village and Huangmu factory as example this paper emphasizes on,the village survey,space and its morphological changes of the canal cultural heritage protection and development and utilization.The fifth chapter,based on the existing research and analysis,combined with relevant theories and practice models,puts forward the principles and strategies for guiding the heritage and regeneration of canal cultural heritage in rural construction.Finally,the key points and main research results of each chapter are summarized,and the current rural construction practice in Tongzhou and the inheritance and regeneration of cultural heritage are prospected.
