During the building construction in the ancient time,people have already confirmed the sense about"Green Construction":Under the guidance of the philosophical thinking about "Harmony of Nature and Man" and "Order of Yin and Yang",human's buildings keep an extremely tight relationship with natural environment.To promote the comfort and durability of the houses,on the one hand,the designers and constructors of architecture strive to use and convert the natural resources,and on the other hand,they try to resist the adverse effects of natural forces.Today,due to the limited changes in weather conditions,which are largely consistent between ancient and modern times,such construction ideas and methods are still crucial.In this paper,according to the building envelope structure,the response methods and strategies adopted by the building in the face of natural weather conditions are studied,and the relationship between the building facade and the shape of the building is analyzed.The article examines the methods of construction and the modalities that building envelopes have adopted in the face of climatic conditions at different times from four time periods,and discusses the developmental changes that exist between them.In each period,the article will conduct research on the building envelope structure of the economically developed regions along the coast of China,and analyze the differences and changes it presents in different climate zones from the north to the south of China.Based on this research,this paper studies the changes that the building envelope structure undergoes with the development of the times.At the same time,the paper compares and analyzes the different forms of the building envelope structure as a result of the climate change between the north and the south to conclude the valuable parametric indices and construction practices.They are expected to have a certain reference value for today's construction practice in responding to climate and forming a context.The first chapter of this article is an introduction.It mainly introduces the research background,research content and significance of the article,the definition of the scope of research content,domestic and foreign research,research methods and research framework.The second chapter mainly focuses on the performance and shape of the traditional residential building envelope structure in China.It selects the Beijing Siheyuan in the Bohai Rim area,the Suzhou residence in the Yangtze River Delta area and the Guangfu residence in the Zhujiang Delta area for comparison and summary.The third chapter mainly focuses on the field survey of residents who have built houses in China since the founding of the People's Republic of China.Among them,Beijing,Tianjin,Yangzhou and Guangzhou have been selected.Through the information collection and performance analysis of the self-built house envelope structure,the relevant facade rules are summarized.The fourth chapter mainly focuses on the survey and analysis of the envelope structure of contemporary typical cities.Among them,urban housing after reform and opening up was the main research object.It is divided into two parts from 1979 to 1998 and 1998 to present.The fifth chapter of the article concludes relevant conclusions through comparison in many aspects.
