Surface concrete of the canopy columns with circular section,due to eccentric compression and appeared circular crack.Study on this practical engineering problem,which has an important guiding effect on canopy structure design.In this paper,the reconstruction project of the TaiLai Railway Station in Qigihar as the background,and considering the actual engineering requirements,to not meet the requirements in the cracks of canopy columns for the following research:(1)Based on the existing reinforced concrete code and resources,we recalculated and verified the reinforcement of column canopy,and used rebound method to sample from cracking of reinforced concrete column,testing the strength of concrete on the surface of the column.Theoretical results show that because of the cylinder and rectangular column have different mechanical characteristics of eccentric compression,and the stress of cylinder's tension reinforcement is not consistent,leading to canopy column reinforcement is not reasonable,which is the main reason for the crack of the concrete on the surface of the column.The measured results of rebound method are in good agreement with the theoretical results.It provides effective and feasible analysis methods for the study of concrete cracking on the surface of the column.(2)By using the finite element software ANSYS made model for the platform canopy.According to the results of the analysis put forward effective solution of canopy column's cracking problem.Then under the static load,the numerical simulation analysis was carried out on the solution.The numerical results show that the stress of the canopy and the deformation of the canopy do not meet the requirements,It is difficult to solve the concrete cracking problem on the column surface by increasing the reinforcement ratio of the canopy column.This paper put forward the solution of enlarged column diameter,increase the strength of concrete,and applying prestress.The result of the numerical simulation of the reinforcement scheme satisfies the requirements of code and normal use.This provides a reference,in order to solve the problem of concrete cracking on the surface of canopy column.(3)By using time history analysis method analyzed the wind-induced response and seismic response of prestressed canopy structures.The numerical results show that the wind-induced response and seismic response are most obvious in the vertical direction of canopy plate,so in the engineering design of the canopy plate,the vertical direction of the canopy plate should be properly strengthened.And the canopy column is a vertical force component,it has a greater vertical stiffness and damping,and by the larger vertical static load.Therefore,the wind-induced response and seismic response of the canopy column are weaker.This provides a good analytical method for the wind and seismic design of prestressed canopy.
