Study On Protection And Utilization Planning Of Traditional Villages

With the development of society,the new rural construction becomes particularly important in the construction of new countryside.It is like a raging fire to the protection and development of traditional villages.The protection of traditional villages has become a problem to be solved.Traditional villages is the unique "DNA Museum" as the reservoir to keep a large number of historical memory and cultural landscape in all of region and nation which is also the unparalleled cultural resources and tourism resources worth exploiting.The protection and development of traditional village has become a priority among priorities which cannot be avoided in the process of new countryside construction.This thesis is based on the project "construction planning of Songyang County Xiao Cha village",the protection and development based on the analysis of project materials focus on Songyang XiaoCha village,and put forward the corresponding strategies,expect to be able to make a useful guide for Songyang XiaoCha village protection and development at the same time,also provide some meaningful reference for the protection and development of ancient villages in Zhejiang province,has made the following achievements.(1)According to the summary of field survey,mapping and related data,we summarize and classify the traditional villages in China,and focus on the historical process and current situation of the research.Starting analysis from the theory and practice,comparison of traditional villages and the significance of the traditional village.(2)According to the theory and practice cases of the protection of villages and towns about civil and abroad.This paper gets inspiration from the existing universal problems in the protection of the ancient villages in Shaxi village,Santorini in Greece,Zhuge Bagua village.In the protection of traditional villages,we can create distinctive landscapes by highlighting regional identity,reviving ancient villages based on traditional culture and community-based tourism.(3)After the analysis of the characteristics and meet in the protection of Songyang XiaoCha village problems and contradictions,put forward the relevant improvement suggestions to protect the development of Songyang XiaoCha village.At the same time,the protection of ancient villages and the implementation strategy promotion plays an important guidance and reference.
