There is a serious water resources shortage in Chinese.Due to the lack of surface water resources,groundwater tended to be overdrawn especially in the northern plains.In order to solve the shortage of water in the north,the south-to-north water transfer project in China was implemented.Tianjin is one of the cities that per capita water resources quantity are at least of China,and it is e short of water resource.The coming of Yangtze river water changed the pattern of Tianjin water supply.And how to make full use of the Yangtze river water,how to curb the current existence of the deep groundwater excessive mining phenomenon,how to realize the reasonable configuration of various water,how to determine the local administrative control water level,all of these problems have important research significance.(1)This paper studies the multi-scale cycles and trend changes of the shallow underground water level using the Hilbert-Huang transform analysis and the wavelet transform method,and evaluates the three factors(exploitation amount,rainfall and evaporation)impacting shallow underground water level through the grey correlation degree analysis method.The paper studies the space evolution trend of deep groundwater and he relationship between each aquifer water level and the exploitation amount of the south-to-north water transferred area.(2)This paper introduces the pattern of water supply before and after the implement of the south-to-north water transfer project in Tianjin,and plans the configuration circumstances of each water supplying in Tianjin in three different scenarios as a normal planning,a once-in-a-half-century drought and a once-in-a-century drought.Tianjin shallow groundwater numerical model is established.Continue to use the hydrogeological model established by China University of Geosciences to predict the Tianjin first ?~ ? layers of confined aquifer groundwater table.According to the configuration circumstances of the Tianjin water resources after the south-to-north water transfer project,the groundwater exploitation schemes under different situation are designed,and each aquifer water level change and spatial distribution in the study area are Analyzed.(3)The paper studies the quarter management ranges of shallow underground water level,the planning groundwater exploitation amount under the goal of control settlement,and the the analysis that south-to-north water transfer project improves the resource and geological problems.
