The spontaneous combustion tendency of coal with different metamorphic degrees is different,but all of them have exothermic oxidation.In this paper,the spontaneous combustion characteristics of coal with different metamorphism degrees and blended coals,were studied systematically.The performance and properties of the high efficiency inhibitors that could inhibit the spontaneous combustion of coal were explored.The research results have important theoretical and practical significance for explore the coal spontaneous combustion tendency and coal spontaneous combustion resistance technology.The low temperature oxidation process and tendency of coal with different metamorphic degrees were studied with TG-FTIR technology.The experimental results show that with the decreasing of coal metamorphism,the volatile content in coal increases,the characteristic temperatures of coal oxidation process decreases gradually,the apparent activation energy decreases gradually in each stage,the more CO,the lower the corresponding peak temperature of CO release,the tendency of spontaneous combustion is stronger.The coal samples of Ximeng lignite,bituminous coal and Yangquan anthracite were tested by programmed temperature atmosphere furnace.According to different proportions,the generation rules of oxygen consumption and index gas CO,CO2 were analyzed.It shows that the spontaneous combustion tendency of mixed coal with different proportions is closer to the coal with higher proportion,and it is found that the content of volatile components in different coal blend is negatively correlated with the spontaneous combustion tendency of coal.By means of simultaneous thermal analysis and cross-point temperature method,the common halides and inorganic phosphorus inhibitors with concentrations of 5%,10%,15%and 20%were analyzed in terms of characteristic temperature,exothermic and characteristic gas products Inhibitor of Ximeng lignite agent effect.The The spontaneous combustion tendency of coal samples treated.with different inhibitors is weaker than the original samples,all the inhibitors show a certain effect.The experimental results show that 20%concentration of magnesium chloride has the best flame retardant effect at low temperature,which shows superior flame retardant effect at high temperature.In practical application,it is necessary to select a reasonable,efficient and effective long-term inhibitor.
