With the accelerated process of urbanization,fire,gas leak and even terrorist attacks and other emergencies alarm bells ringing,which is particularly concerned about the event of large buildings.The building has a large population of highly concentrated,the internal function of the building complex,diverse structure and important geographical features,in the event of unexpected events,people inside the building need to make accurate judgments according to their location,planning the direction and route of escape to ensure the effective evacuation of personnel.Therefore,in the face of complex internal structure of large buildings,the study of the location scheme and optimizing the evacuation route algorithm is of great significance to ensure the safety of personnel leaving the scene in case of fire.In order to serve the urban disaster prevention and mitigation and emergency management,this paper built a spatial data model for emergency evacuation based on the complex building emergency evacuation problem.GIS space technology and modeling technology are combined with the actual situation,set up 3ds Max and other software to build a data expression model.Taking Android as the platform,we design the indoor personnel positioning technology based on iBeacon,and verify the feasibility and positioning accuracy of the proposed scheme.The experimental results show that the accuracy of the positioning scheme is less than 2.5m.Location service in mobile terminal based on the factors affecting the indoor evacuation speed and evacuation safety comprehensive analysis of fire after the incident,by Dijkstra algorithm based on the dynamic characteristics of real-time path planning personnel,to the mobile terminal push the emergency evacuation route,to ensure the safety of personnel evacuation.
