Suspended-dome structure occupies an important position in all large span space structure,which mainly due to its reasonable structural characteristics,low cost and attractive appearance.With the increasing variety of architectural style,the special-shaped suspended-dome structure come into being.Research on the whole construction process analysis of the new type of suspended-dome,the construction method and new construction technology plays a vital role in the structure forming and safe operation.What's more,the control and detection of the cable force of the prestressed structure has important academic and engineering application value.In this paper,the construction technologies and methods of suspended-dome have been summarizes according to the existing suspended-dome structural characteristics..According to the analysis results of suspended-dome under different tension sequence,the main mechanical performance of the suspended-dome structure showed that different tension sequence had an obvious influence on different shapes of the suspended-dome.Shell component stress,force of bar and rod,displacement of support,verticality of struts,cable force and displacement of shell control points were monitored using the construction and health monitoring system.Finally,the results of construction monitoring guide the construction,and verify the correctness of the analysis model.What's more,the results of health monitoring could provide structural health status information for designer and engineer.In this paper,the advantages and disadvantages of the various cable force test method have been summarized.In view of the frequency method in short cable force testing of the uncertainty,the general theoretical formula of cable force test have been proposed based on vibration theory.Through the short cable force test,practical formula of cable force calculation was proposed for the cable force of steel cable and parallel steel cable based on the least squares method.Finally,the proposed calculation formula that considered boundary conditions and the flexural stiffness reduction was applied to test cable force of the stadium of Tianjin University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.The results showed that the results of vibration method were in good agreement with the results of magnetic flux method.And this also showed that the accuracy of the formula.
