With the rapid development of the logistics industry,the amount of container traffic and storage in ports has been increasing year by year,and the dangerous goods container throughput has soared.This poses a threat to the safe production,handling and storage of dangerous goods at ports.In order to solve the "small but many" warehousing pattern problem of dangerous goods containers,China's safety regulatory authorities require the port to set up a special container station for dangerous goods.However,the types of dangerous goods are complex and different in nature,which brings difficulties and challenges to the stockpiling of dangerous goods containers.If the safety planning of dangerous container station is not reasonable,it will not only pose a threat to the life and property of the port,but also seriously affect the follow-up sustainable development of the station.By summarizing studies of dangerous goods stations at home and abroad,the characteristics of various dangerous goods,the types of dangerous accidents,the requirements of the relevant laws and regulations on the management of dangerous goods container stations,the paper concludes the influencing factors of the site layout of dangerous goods containers.The paper tries to set up a universal port dangerous goods container station site selection and layout model,which provides theoretical scheme and new ideas for the safety planning of port dangerous goods container station.The model considers the safety and economy of dedicated stations for dangerous goods containers and is divided into two stages.The first stage is the site selection model for dangerous goods containers.Under the constraints of the relevant distance requirements stipulated by law,a "safe-cost" location model is established.Based on the requirements of "International Maritime Dangerous Goods Code" and the probability model of Domino accidents,a dual-objective optimization model of "safe-cost" layout of port dangerous goods container station is established.Then we design a genetic algorithm to solve the model.Finally,the paper verifies the scientificity and feasibility of the site selection and layout model by the example of Dayaowan Container Terminal in Dalian Port.The results provide some theoretical support for the decision-making of the actual planners in the containers station planning.
