Environmental degradation,the energy crisis intensified and the depletion of non-renewable energy and other factors,promotes the development of green new energy.Among them,wind power generation and solar power generation has become a hot topic in the field of new energy research at home and abroad.And wind energy and solar energy has a good complementary in time,so the development of hybrid wind-solar power generation system compared to a separate wind power generation system or photovoltaic power generation system has a higher energy efficiency,It has very important meaning of solving the energy problem of remote poverty areas.The maximum power point tracking(MPPT)technology is designed to maximize the power generation efficiency of the wind turbine and photovoltaic power generation systems and the the system's responsiveness.It is necessary to study the control strategy of MPPT in order to further promote the development of new energy and power system.In this paper,the switched reluctance motor is use as wind turbine and the basic principles of switching reluctance motor power generation and the principles of solar power generation is study in-depth,proposed a switched reluctance generator dual input port converter topology.With solar energy substitute the virtual work of switched reluctance motor running,for excitation the motor and solar energy achieves energy conversion process by means of the electromagnetic conversion.Based on the characteristics of non-linearity,time-varying and impossible mathematical model of PV array and photovoltaic array and wind turbine,A maximum power tracking control strategy based on fuzzy PI control are proposed.The simulation model is established to verify the effectiveness of the designed control strategy.The main contents include the following aspects:Firstly,the basic working principle of SRG and asymmetric power converter is analyzed,and the asymmetric power converter is improved.On the basis of this,the scheme of using SRM as generator of wind and solar power generation system is proposed and the block diagram is described in detail.Secondly,the mathematical models of SRM,photovoltaic solar and wind turbine are deduced,and their simulation models are established to analyze the characteristics of photovoltaic solar and wind turbines.The maximum power point tracking control strategy of wind energy and solar energy based on fuzzy PI control is proposed,and the strategy of controlling the angle of the photovoltaic excitation and the angle of turn off by the iterative method is proposed.Finally,the simulation of the proposed method is carried out,and the experimental platform of SRG wind and solar power generation system is set up.The hardware and software of the control system are designed.On the platform,the photovoltaic power generation and wind power generation experiment are carried out.The feasibility of the designed control system is verified.
