The Electro-Hydraulic Control Unit(HCU)as the core part of energy-efficient and new energy vehicle automatic transmission,its key techniques include: interlocking design and failure protection in complex hydraulic system;dynamics simulation in “Mechanical-Electronic and Hydraulic” multi-domain coupling system;the key technical specification and testing technology.This paper selected an advanced 6AT HCU abroad to make research.It formed the HCU development and testing standards and other core technical documents combining with the author's nearly 10 years of working experience in automatic transmission field.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Studied and analyzed the key technology of the latest 6AT HCU abroad through reverse engineering.Put forward a brand new hydraulic system plan.(2)Analyzed the key technical parameters of the HCU simulation.The simulation model is established by using the ITI-Simulation X multidisciplinary dynamics simulation software.The key performance of the HCU are analyzed,such as the response characteristics of the system pressure,clutch pressure;the influence of pressure dynamic characteristics and leakage by the clearance between the spool and body;the influence of pressure dynamic characteristics by orifice and so on.(3)Developed and formed the development process,the key technical index,the test process and standard of HCU through above research.Designed the engineering drawings.Produced the independent HCU sample.(4)Developed a high-performance hydraulic system comprehensive test rig,and tested the important performance parameters of the HCU,and made comparison analysis between the advance aboard HCU and independent HCU.The research content of this paper provides a certain theoretical and practical basis for the independent development of the HCU in China,and also can be used for reference in the development of the HCU of energy-efficient and new energy vehicle automatic transmission.
