Northeast Towns Low-income People Living Environment Design Research

Since the party's 16 th Plenary Session put forward the "people-oriented." People-oriented,that is,from the fundamental interests of the people,obviously,per capita income and living environment is the basic protection of the interests of each person's life.For the northeast,the northeast is the highest aspect of China's long winter cold,long warm,wet and short,high latitudes,winter and long time long,get less heat,due to these special geographical and climatic conditions and historical problems Influence,living and income to a large extent than the South will have a certain degree of backwardness.Especially for small towns,the main constituent groups are low-income groups,China's annual tax more than 70% of the population are paid in the middle and lower classes,social progress and development directly from the living environment of these groups to determine the low income and residence Environmental difference is the main factor restricting the harmonious development of the "people-oriented" approach.This paper systematically analyzes and summarizes the living environment of the low-income people in the northeastern small town under the premise of summarizing and combing the history and current situation of the low-income people in the small towns of Northeast China.This paper analyzes the characteristics of the living environment of the northeast small town and the living environment characteristics,the ecological energy saving and the residential design demand of the northeastern small town,and puts forward the evolution trend of the residential environment design of the low-income people in the small towns in Northeast China.This paper analyzes the living conditions of low-income people in small towns in northeast China,expounds the development course of small towns in northeast China and the living demand of low-income people,and puts forward their own value and existing problems.Then,the author tries to construct a safe,livable,sustainable and energy-saving living space by analyzing the living environment of low-income people and the sustainable development of ecological energy saving.Combined with the northeast of the regional characteristics,local materials,designed with distinctive local characteristics,green,sustainable development of the building environment.Finally,the author puts forward the strategies and related concepts of constructing the living space of the small cities and towns with the local characteristics,taking the residential culture of the northeast small town and the living environment of the low-income people as the starting point.
