The Design And Implementation Of Detection Data Intelligent Management Platform Of Fuel Dispensers

In recent years,with the rapid development of measurement,the requirement and dependence of measuring and testing institutions is higher and higher for information technology.As the testing traffic of fuel dispensers continuously increases,daily testing work also increases,however,at present,testing work is still in the mode of manual data processing and recording management,that results in many problems,such as a lot of work loan,high repetition,low efficiency and high error rate and so on,and put the testing work of fuel dispensers in trouble.In order to further implement the internal norm,effective management,providing accurate and timely service for customer of measuring and testing institutions,this thesis presents a detection data intelligent management platform which includes applications.such as original data collection and processing management,original record template manager,original record manager,service send-and-receive management,certificate/report management,certificate/report template,measurement standard management,measuring device management,data statistics and analysis.This thesis first introduces the research status in this field at home and abroad.Secondly,the thesis analyses the demand of detection data intelligent management platform of fuel dispensers with actual,based on that,it analyses user requirements and the procedure of measuring and testing;and presents software design standards and principles;and conducts a detailed system design,and establishes the technical and development architectures for system,and designs the database.Then expounds the relevant theories and key technology involved in development process for the design and implementation of system,and presents realization of the part key technology and the part function interface of detection data intelligent management platform of fuel dispensers.Lastly,it tests platform,the result of test meets the design requirement and achieves the desired results.The implementation of detection data intelligent management platform of fuel dispensers can improve efficiency and quality of measuring and testing institutions for each work,which can thoroughly implement national laws,regulations and criteria,and can improve management level,and is the effective measures of guarantee the homeland and public interests,and is the important work of livelihood.So it is of great important significance that regularizing the metrological verification working,reducing the workload of personnel of metrological verification,desisting from mistake and verification quality accident that caused by human factor.
