With continuous development of the national urbanization process,demolition and reconstruction projects are more and more,the discharge amount of construction waste is increasing annually,meanwhile,road engineering has continuously increasing demands for sands and gravels,clays and other materials,environmental pollution and resource shortage caused by this bring tremendous pressure for the production and people's life.If we recycle construction waste and apply them in road engineering,it can not only protect the environment,but also save road construction materials,reduce engineering costs,which has important meaning for continuous development of increasing economic benefits and road traffic construction.The paper is based on the connecting line project of Jishan highway and Gangcheng Avenue,the construction waste from the project was classified and processed,through systematic indoor test,basic properties of recycled aggregate of construction waste was researched;adding construction waste that is processed and crushed into soil to use them as roadbed fillings,analysing maximum dry density,optimising moisture content and change rule of bearing ratio of mixed materials with different ratios;separately addding recycled aggregate of construction waste to concrete stable soil,lime stable soil and lime and pulverized fuel ash stable soil to use them as sub-base materials,analysing and researching unconfined compressive strength,splitting tensile strength and resilient modulus performance of mixed materials with different ratios;finally,through finite element simulation analysis of pavement structure under the action of different load,stiffness of construction waste and stiffness of subbase,the feasibility of using construction waste as roadbed fillings and subbase material was verified.Through test and simulation analysis,the results show that,when construction waste aggregate is used in roadbed fillings and sub-base,CBR value,unconfined compressive strength,splitting tensile strength and resilient modulus of mixed materials with different ratios all meet specifications and requirements,and the road engineering aggregate can be used in road engineering.
