Study On The Methods And Strategies Of Residential Buildings In Guanzhong For The "Beautiful Countryside" Perspective

During the Fifth Plenary Session of the 16 th CPC Central Committee,our country formal ly put forward the "new countryside" construction issue,and take the "clean" and "civilization" as the strategic goal of rural housing construction.After nearly a decade of "new countrysid e" construction,China's rural housing has basically "make a difference" for the majority of the villagers to provide a good living environment.But because of the extensive construction of r ural housing and rapid development,resulting rural in the "one thousand village side" phenom enon.In 2013,under the background of "Beautiful China",our country put forward the conce pt of "beautiful countryside" and put "ecological civilization" into the "five in one" developm ent strategy system for the first time.Therefore,the "beautiful country" housing is based on th e existing "new countryside" livable residence,so as to construct the rural residential ecology and regionality,that is a higher level of rural housing requirement.Different from the construction of "new socialist countryside" in the past,the definition of "beautiful countryside" in "new countryside" has highlighted the requirements of the countryside for "beauty".In the new form,the "beauty" of rural residence in Guanzhong is not only embodied in the standard,clean and elegant form,but also reflected in the ecological and regional culture in the design,construction and use of residential space."Beautiful countryside" is a livable country.In residential design,rational use of ecological theory should be adopted to comply with rural green ecological law.The ecology of architecture is not only reflected in the architectural environment,but also in the application of construction materials and spatial planning.In Guanzhong rural house ecological construction,to rational planning of residential space inside and outside,the use of degradable materials as much as possible,make full use of natural resources in Guanzhong area,with reasonable organization,make more efficient use of energy,will become a real rural residential low energy consumption,zero pollution,sustainable construction.Rural residence should not be an independent existence,it requires the construction and the user,the natural environment in harmony,mutually beneficial symbiosis.In the design of "beautiful country" residential area in Guanzhong area,we should pay attention to the sustainability of rural architecture.The development of rural economy and the continuous improvement of science and technology will inevitably lead to changes in the way of life and production,and the functional requirements of rural housing may change accordingly.Some space,its use cycle is not long,but it is also necessary for production,repeated reconstruction,time-consuming and uneconomical.This requires rural residential design in the beginning should take into account the flexibility of space,variability,so that a little change,or even change,you can meet different functional requirements.Some storage space,for example,can be used as a parking garage when unused.Again at the beginning of the architectural design,building interior wall can be as far as possible the use of non load bearing wall,so that the days after the demolition,and meet the new requirements of space due to changes in demand.This paper summarizes the relevant requirements of "beautiful countryside" and the geog raphical location,climatic conditions,history and culture,residential characteristics and living habits of Guanzhong area,draws lessons from the domestic and foreign residential design ach ievements of architecture design,and through field research of the existing rural housing in G uanzhong area,discussing deeply the ecological and regional design methods of rural resident ial construction.Summing up the ecological needs of residential buildings in Guanzhong,and combine the material properties with new construction techniques,let the building space itsel f with low energy consumption and also use maximizely of clean energy.At the same time,fo r the rural housing construction status of "one thousand village side",in the design process m ust take the rural regional and cultural expression into account.This paper based on the analys is of the existing regional architectural design techniques,sets out the design method suitable for its regional expression in Guanzhong village that combinating the location conditions with residential characteristics in Guanzhong area.For the "beautiful countryside" perspective of Guanzhong farmers,makes for their life and production development of the building space,an d combines the ecological,regional and functional requirements of the farm house organically together for Guanzhong farmers to provide ecological,civilized,beautiful living environment.
