The fast pressure relief gate valves as the key valves in ACP1000 system,are closed during normal operation and design basis accident condition.But under the severe accident conditions,the valves perform pressure relief function,which are opened by the operator in the master control room or by remote shutdown device according to the serious accident treatment procedures in order to complete fast unloading of reactor coolant system.At present,the domestic valves development still belong to a blank stage,while only WELAN abroad on EPR project has design productions.Since the ERP first pile has not been debugging operation,the valves are actually not in use.So research and development of these valves are imminent.The design difficulties of these valves are that it needed to be opened when the valve's inlet temperature up to 600 ?,while the valves can remain opening state when the medium temperature up to 1100? under the severe accident conditions.This text determined the clearance dimension of the pressure relief valve's parts by the theoretical calculation first.Secondly,combined with the 3 d model,ANSYS software are using to analysis the valve's thermal transient process under 600? from0 s to 600 s.Analysis results show that the value of the valve parts clearance is reasonable,which will not occur stuck phenomenon and affect the valve open.Then,the valve body and stem's material performance are analyses under simulated in 1100?,proving that they will not collapse affecting the port and the valve stem will not be pulled ram.In conclusion,the valve can keep open state in 1100?.This article mainly aimed at study on simulation of heat conduction quick pressure relief valves based on simplified model.High temperature analysis research made a certain progress,and provided a certain reference basis for this kind of valve localization process.Next,we will focus on study of thermal boundary conditions,to improve the simulation to make simulation and actual working condition of alignment.
