Study On Safety Risk Evaluation Of Metro Shield Construction

With the rapid development of economy and society in China,the process of urbanization is accelerating,and the scale of the construction of subway projects is expanded.Shield construction method is widely used in subway tunnel construction projects.However,due to the complexity of construction technology and environment,there are many hidden dangers in the subway shield construction process.The safety risk assessment of subway shield construction can effectively identify and evaluate the safety risk factors which have a great impact on the construction,and thus to carry out the rectification.Therefore,it is necessary to study the safety risk assessment of shield tunneling method.Based on the analysis of existing literature,and combined with the current situation of metro shieldconstruction,the work breakdown structure and the risk structure method was used to identify the factors of shield construction safety risk,first of all,use the WBS method to shield construction on the whole process of the formation of the work breakdown structure.Then according to the 4M1 E management of the " Manpower-Management " and " Machine "," Materials"," Method"," Environment" these 5 factors on the subway shield construction risk decomposition,the formation of risk identification matrix,combined with expert opinion to determine the risk factors,formthe risk list.Secondly,the risk assessment of subway shield tunnel construction is in progress,in this paper,the principal component analysis is used to deal with the risk factors listed,and the independent risk factors are obtained,and then established the shield construction safety risk evaluation index system.Extension evaluation method is introduced to the safety risk assessment of subway shield construction in.Finally,the extension evaluation method was used to evaluate the safety risk of shield construction project of Metro Line 1.The extension evaluation method is used to evaluate the object by the correlation function.In this paper,the extension evaluation method is applied to the safety risk assessment of metro shield construction.Combined with the engineering case to analysis the extension evaluation method,which provides a reference for the safety risk assessment of subway shield construction.
