As a current research focus on new energy,proton exchange membrane fuel cell(PEMFC)can provide kinetic energy and heat energy with high fuel efficiency.At the same time,the characteristics of PEMFE are convenient and eco-friendly.As a core component of the fuel cell,proton exchange membrane(PEM)can ensure the normal use of the fuel cell by isolating the methanol and the oxidant,and it can act as an effective transmission carrier of PEMFC,so that the proton can be exchangedfluentlyand PEMFC can operate normally and steadily.The currently commercialized Nafion series proton exchange membranes have a better performance in terms of proton conductivity,but the transmittance of fuel(such as methanol)is too high and the proton conductivity decreases too fast at high temperature.In this paper,two kinds of polymer membranes were prepared for these two problems with two aspects.The hybird membrane with Am-SPAEKS and(PVA)were prepared by solution blending method.The composition of PVA was changed to prepare Am-SPAEKS / PVA composite membrane with different ratio.The synthesis of the polymer was confirmed by FT-IR and NMR,and the performance of the polymer was measured by other tests.In the composite membrane,the hydrogen bond between the amino group and the sulfonic acid group and the acid ionization between the hydroxyl group and the sulfonic acid group ensure the stability of the composite membrane.Compared with the pure Am-SPAEKS membrane,the methanol permeability has a more significant increase.The methanol permeability value of Am-SPAEKS / PVA 50% at 25 ? is 2.95×10-7 cm2 s-1 and the value at 60?is 8.26 × 10-7 cm2 s-1.At the same time,the composite film has relatively stable proton conductivity at medium and high temperature.In addition,we prepared a new type of double amino monomer(2,4-diaminophenyl hydroquinone),and synthesized bis Poly(aryl ether ketone sulfone polymer)(2Am-SPAEKS)through the polycondensation reaction,with the new amino monomer,bisphenol A,4,4-dichlorodiphenylsulfone and 3,3?-Disulfonated-4,4?-dichlorodiphenylsulfone(SDCDPS).The strong interaction between amino groups and sulfonicacid groups can ensure that the water swelling degree of polymer membranescannot be too large and promote the dimensional stability of the polymer membranes.At the same time,due to the increase of amino content,the transmission channel of protons through the "Grotthuss" mechanism are rises at high temperature,which improves the proton conductivity of PEM at high temperature.The proton conductivity of the 2Am-SPAEKS-3 can reach to 0.095 S cm-1 at 100 ?.These new types of polymer membranes has great application prospect in PEMFC material.
