At present,the mass spectrometric detection technology is widely used in China's aerospace field.For example,the mass spectrometric technology has been applied to detect the trace gases of satellites and rockets,which can prevent catastrophic accidents,resulted from leakage,ensuring launch security as one of the main security measures.However,the existing detection data acquisition systems can only collect a small amount of information in a low rate,and cannot read the data in real-time or directly present the map,which seriously affect the work efficiency.In order to solve the above problems,this paper presents a method of using the OPC communication technology to communicate with the mass spectrometer,and using the OPC command to connect with the mass spectrometer,which realizes the real-time collection of the mass spectrometer data.This paper firstly introduces the main content of the OPC communication technology theory in detail,and then studies the method of the mass spectrometer detecting trace gases,and it was tested using OPC Demo client for the work state of the mass spectrometer server.Then,this paper,with the Visual Studio2008 platform,the c# programming language and the SQL Server database,develops the mass spectrometry detection data transmission software of satellite and rocket trace gases and provides the detailed design flow diagram and window class view.The main function of the software is to obtain the trace gas concentration detected by the mass spectrometer through the OPC protocol,and then transmit the detection results to the body network through the network cable in the specified format and protocol.The software acquires an obvious effect on the actual application,and can show the data collected by the mass spectrometer in real time on the screen in the form of gas concentration value and maps.Compared with the previous situations,the software enhances the communication transmission capacity and efficiency and improves the capability of the mass spectrometer detecting trace gases;therefore,it is of great economic value and application prospect.
