It is well known that the coating on the surface of all kinds of engineering materials usually has the dual function of protection and decoration.However,if the coating is too thin,too thick or uneven thickness,will have a negative impact on the material,and even disastrous consequences.Therefore,the coating thickness is an important control index in the quality inspection and painting process.Coating thickness measurement methods are various,according to whether there is no damage,the surface coating thickness test method can be divided into two categories of nondestructive testing and damage detection.The commonly used nondestructive testing methods include Coulomb charge method,magnetic induction thickness measurement method,eddy current thickness measurement method,ultrasonic thickness measurement method and radiation thickness measurement method.The damage detection methods mainly include the timing flow thickness measurement method,the dissolution method,the electrolytic thickness measurement method and so on.It is convenient and simple to use,and no need to damage the surface coating.Therefore,this method has been widely used.At the same time,with the development of electronic technology,the intelligence and precision of the instrument is becoming the main standard of people's choice of products.In this paper,a new design scheme of high measuring accuracy is adopted.The application range of the thickness gauge is greatly increased by the combination of the magnetic induction thickness measurement method and the eddy current thickness measurement method.At the same time,the software system of intelligent interaction and management enhances the usability of the instrument.The thickness gauge adopts the principle of eddy current and magnetic induction,and the change of distance is changed into the frequency and the voltage.A set of intelligent systems including measurement algorithm,data management and human-computer interaction is designed.The invention provides an adaptive method to improve the environmental adaptability of the coating thickness gauge,and can effectively avoid the measurement error caused by the temperature change and reduce the cost.At the same time,the linear calibration method of manual calibration is used to improve the accuracy of the instrument,so that the thickness gauge can be adjusted to the most standard state by manual calibration,and the reliability is increased.
