According to the related statistics, in 2013, our urbanization level is 53.73% with the rapid development of urbanization; the level is expected to increase year by year. As the fast development of urbanization and economization, however, exploitation and construction takes a series of environment problems. For instance, urban underlying surface become more and more rough, and we substitute lots of impervious surface areas for green space and water, which result in modern city development ecological environment problems------Urban Heat Island Effects. The reasons of urban heat island effects are complicated, the main of which is the change of urban underlying surface.Thus, the mitigation measures are various, such as increasing the amount of green area and constructing ventilation tunnel.This paper is aiming at climate and environment protection with the urban rapid expansion in Huangshi, Hubei province. Constructing healthy and livable city is the paper's starting point. Urban construction land and urban master planning are the basis. Urban fringe district within the area of urban construction is the object of study. Data collection, exploration and actual measurement,meteorological simulation of computer data, mathematical statistics are the analysis methods, which are used in this paper to analyze the thermal environment of construction land spatial expansion and ventilation tunnel spatial settings to pursue the fundamental relationship between gallery and urban climatic environment.This paper includes the present analysis of urban thermal environment, the spatial expansion impacting on urban thermal environment and the ventilation tunnel influencing on thermal environment. I use mesoclimate computer data stimulation software ”WRF” as the instrument,through which I couple various cases of urban canopy model. I input urban canopy model and climate parameter, which can be used into the computer data simulation, data extract and data reduction. A series of studies demonstrate that urban ventilation tunnel play a positive role in urban expansion, which lead to gain the design strategy of ventilation tunnel in Huangshi, then which provide scientific evidence for urban construction of low carbon, energy conversation and environmental protection.
