The test launch and control system(TLCS)is an important part of a launch vehicle in ground tests.The main functions of the TCLS are testing the control system,carrying out signal control and completing the test data processing and interpretation.This thesis analyzes the classic design of the TCLS's power supply and distribution design,and identifies its risk points.In order to ensure the stability of the voltage in the launch vehicle,the ground power supply can be regulated.D ue to the long distance between the launch vehicle and the ground,and the launch vehicle's electricity consumption is heavy,there is a large voltage drop between the two on the power supply cable.The ground power's voltage will be high when the voltage in the launch vehicle stays stable.Meanwhile,the ground power supplies power for some electronic devices whose service life will be reduced on account of the constant high-voltage working status,and the reliability of the TCLS will be influenced.To relieve this constant high-voltage working status,this thesis proposes a new design scheme based on one type of launch vehicle,and promotes the development of the domestic TCLS.In this paper,a dichotomy method is used to alter the key parameters of the new power supply and distribution system.The voltages between the components both on the distributor of the launch vehicle and on the controller of the TLCS have been reduced.This paper designs a new seamless switching circuit which solves the bus power-down problem in the TLCS controller after the trasfer of the new type of power supply and distribution program.By analyzing the instantaneous state of the new power supply and distribution system,the correctness of the key parameters is verified.The new design of the power supply and distribution relieves the long-term high-voltage working status of the electronic devices,which helps extend the service life of the electronic devices and improve the reliability of the TCLS.It also reduces the number of threads needed in the power supply cable between the launch vehicle and the ground,reduces the weight of the cables and improves the carrying capacity of the launch vehicle.After the demonstration of the optimization scheme,confirmatory changes have been made in the original power supply and distribution design and verification tests have been carried out.The test results show that the optimized control system is running well and the power supply voltage is stable,which meets the expected results.
