Premixed concrete has became the most important structural material which replaced the In-site Mixed Concrete in engineering practice.Rebound method is the most common nondestructive testing method based on the simplicity and economy of operation." the regulation of Technical specification for inspecting of concrete compressive strength by rebound method" suggested to establish the local curve that improved the detection accuracy of concrete because of the concrete materials,forming process,geographical and climatic conditions in different regions.There is a certain relationship between the ultimate strength of concrete and concrete surface hardness.The impact hammer attacks on the concrete surface,which comes into being a rebound height containing a certain correlation.This can be used to test concrete strength combining the surface hardness of concrete with the carbonation depth of concrete.The paper based on the practical engineering is to draw the correlation curve between concrete strength and rebound value by analyzing the rebound value of concrete structure and the compressive strength test of a large number of concrete specimens,So as to establish the concrete strength curve suitable for Tongchuan area.This paper is mainly reflected in the following aspects:one systematically analyzes the present situation of the research on the strength of concrete rebound method and introduces the theory of rebound strength;The second is the analysis of the rebound method to test the factors affecting the strength of concrete and puts forward the measures to avoid these factors,so as to reduce the final effect on the curve accuracy;The third is the statistical analysis of the rebound strength curve,so as to establish the local strength curve.In recent years,many Provinces and cities constitute rebound strength curve according to the regulation of Technical specification for inspecting of concrete compressive strength by rebound method combined with the actual situation in the local area.The accuracy of measurement has been greatly improved.In order to know about the situation that the unified rebound strength curve of Shanxi Province is used in the compressive strength test of concrete in the Tongchuan area.We can analyze concrete block which are derived from experimental production and building site sample.Finally,paper based on the research and establishment of the rebound strength test curve,which have certain reference value to the theoretical research of the concrete construction quality control and the rebound strength curve of the Tongchuan area.
