It is well known that industrial buildings and civil buildings are very different in the use of functions,and they should also have different design requirements in building energy efficiency.Different kinds of industrial buildings need to be made according to the production process,and their indoor environment requirements are different.This complicated case that a country without the corresponding industrial building energy efficiency standards,in actual industrial building design,only reference for energy saving design,civil construction specification for building energy saving measures are widely used to produce certain difficulties.In academic circles,there are a lot of research on industrial building energy efficiency,its content is not enough in-depth,the design of industrial building energy saving measures targeted practical significance.As people become more environmentally conscious and energy consumption is on the national agenda,research on energy efficiency in industrial plants has been slow.With the rapid development of economy,people's living standards improve,clean room products such as electronics,food,medical supplies and so on has gradually become the necessities of life.And clean workshop due to its special production environment,need through the hvac system for continuous work to control indoor temperature and humidity changes and maintain air cleanliness level,and did not pay attention to during the workshop design and energy saving design,make the clean workshop to produce a large amount of energy consumption.Especially in the cold areas of China,the harsh outdoor environment makes the consumption of building energy more.Therefore,it is necessary to study the design of energy-saving design of clean plants in cold areas.Firstly,through the research and literature collection,the development of the clean workshop is combed out and a clear understanding of the classification of modern clean factories is made.Secondly,in the cold region(shihezi city of xinjiang),a specific industrial clean workshop is selected for careful investigation.Detailed records are made for the production conditions,personnel activities,equipment heat source,heating and air conditioning system,etc.In the case of a clean plant,the type of building heating and airconditioning equipment will be running continuously throughout the year.And there was a serious problem in the construction of the factory floor.Then according to the field condition of a factory,speculated that the reasons for this problem,then the section is targeted temperature and humidity test,test data,then analysis the section of condensation of the reason is because the factory production process caused by local high temperature and humidity,indoor heat source to reduce after shutdown,the temperature is reduced,air and dew point temperature is reached.To thermal environment condition of the whole plant has a comprehensive understanding,and then set the instrument respectively in different section of the factory,the winter and summer test of targeted.Will test result analysis and statistics,induces the change law of indoor temperature and humidity testing facility each workshop,found the same plant in different stages of production,the influence of production technology,can form different indoor environment in the workshop.At the same time,the temperature of the body cleaning area,packaging workshop,and the mixing surface workshop were not reached in the winter.Another analysis of the data found that the window was the plant's energy saving vulnerability.Again,by using computer simulation technology,the control variable method is adopted,in the case of meet the requirements of production process temperature and humidity,analysing different insulation layer thickness,wall construction,roof construction,the transparent enclosure structure energy consumption situation,at the same time combining the ideas of the payback period in the economics,by comparing that in cold region in terms of both the clean workshop reconstruction,roof insulation adopts 120 mm EPS board best economic effect;The metope USES 90 mm XPS insulation board economy is best;The window adopts low radiation hollow low-e double glass window economy best conclusion.Finally,the comprehensive field investigation and the simulation results,based on the industrial energy consumption of building consists of seven aspects,proposed in view of the cold region clean workshop in the aspect of building form and layout,palisade structure,lighting and shading,hvac design strategy at energy conservation and renewable energy utilization.The improvement of the construction energy efficiency of the industrial buildings is achieved through the design of building energy efficiency.It is impossible to reduce the energy consumption of industrial buildings effectively if some mature energy-saving design strategies are made in the construction of industrial buildings.Article by discussing energy conservation problems of the cold region of clean workshop,put forward the design strategy of building energy efficiency design,hope to be able to energy-saving design of cold region of the clean workshop in the future to provide certain scientific theory basis.
