Research On Ecological Planning Method Based On Restoration Ecological Theory,with Tonghu Wisdom City As An Example

A city built in thirty years of reform and opening up the movement,the emergence of many new town,occupied a lot of land,including a lot of agricultural land and ecological land,the city began to become more and more not ecological,so in recent years the community is aware of the importance of ecology,but also hot discussion about the relationship between the city and the ecological,various the application of ecology theory is introduced into the urban planning work,such as Yu Kongjian's "anti planning" theory,low impact development,landscape ecology and so on,the government also began in the delineation of ecological control line.But the development of new city is far from stopped,city movement will still continue to move forward,the ecological area has been the priority prohibition of the development,then the damaged ecological area,the original ecological function has been damaged,but still has a certain ecological function,we should be used for city development or forbidden city development,how to judge then how to deal with,whether you need to restore or rebuild the local ecological function,let the re play a role? This is the question which this article needs to discuss.Restoration ecology,English translation for Restoration Ecology,it is a branch of ecology,this subject mainly aims to explore the main causes of the degradation of ecosystems,the ecosystem to what methods and techniques of degradation to life again,and the reconstruction process corresponding to the principle of ecology [1].In 1980 s,it has become a hot spot in the world.In 1996,the ecological society of the United States will restore ecology to a new research direction of Applied Ecology [2].It is mainly used to guide the restoration and reconstruction of natural ecosystem,which is caused by natural or man-made destruction [3].It is not enough to do is speak generally on the above problems,the depth of research,based on the specific case,ecological damage area Tonghu wisdom city planning as an example,trying to support the restoration ecology theory,to explore the new city ecological planning methods of ecological damage area.Based on the analysis of the specific cases,this paper sums up the "three steps" ecological planning and ecological restoration(restoration and reconstruction)methods in the ecological damaged areas.One is through the ecological evaluation of site,analysis the cause of ecological damage and identify the extent of the damage;two is through the ecological sensitivity analysis of all elements,including natural and ecological base flow analysis method,land suitability,ecological sensitivity and ecological level relationship structure combing site.The second step is to construct the ecological security pattern.On the basis of the analysis of the ecological basement,the ecological planning framework of the site is reconstructed on the basis of the ecological planning objectives,which provides the precondition for the layout of the construction land.The third step is to develop ecological restoration measures.Based on the framework of ecological planning,this paper puts forward the specific measures and means to restore the ecological environment.By the above method for ecological damage area of construction land development and restoration of ecological functions provide a specific reference,is able to meet the needs of metro construction,but also to ensure the city ecological function,which can change the blind metro development model,the integration of city and nature.
