With the development of the construction and automotive industry,produce a large amount of waste concrete and waste rubber.Most of the waste concrete and waste rubber can not effectively use and have become a waste,therefore,to the use of waste concrete and recycled rubber has very strong practical significance.To better promote the application of waste concrete and rubber,based on the concrete whose strength grade is C40,34 groups of concrete were made to study the influence of recycled coarse aggregate rate(0,100%),rubber rate(0,5%,10%,15%,20%)and rubber modification method(washing,Na OH solution and Mg SO4 solution)on strength,in modified rubber recycled concrete compressive strength,splitting tensile strength flexural strength mechanical properties such as axial compression strength and compression modulus in terms of the characteristics of the law of mechanism analysis,and the economic cost and environmental impact analysis in the form of modification for rubber recycled concrete provides the basis for practical application in engineering Main work and conclusions are as follows:(1)Basic mechanical properties research shows that the rubber particles and the incorporation of recycled aggregates reduces the rubber of the recycled concrete strength,and with the increase of rubber content,the mechanical strength of the greater the fall;compared with normal concrete,recycled aggregates content for 100%,compressive strength of concrete reduces 11.9%,rubber aggregates content for 20%,compressive strength of concrete reduces25.2%.(2)The results of modified way showed that,washing and Na OH solution have the enhancement effect of the strength of rubber recycled concrete,Na OH solution is optimal modification effect.Mg SO4 solution's modification not to have the good effect,discrete test result greatly;analyzes believed that modifier can improve roughness on the surface of the rubber particles,the bonding ability between reinforcing and cement matrix.(3)All kinds of modifier and sewage treatment agent under different rate of rubber to replace cost analysis:the modification cost from high to low in the order,Price(Mg SO4 solution)>Price(Na OH solution)>Price(washing).
