In the process of opening,closing and opening a certain Angle,the hydraulic sluice gate will have a different degree of system vibration.Gate system of vibration intensity,in some cases,will be very serious,severe cases will gate system damage and destruction of adjacent structures.In the present study,the research on the vibration of the hydraulic arc steel gate is very important.In this paper,an arc steel gate of flood discharge tunnel with a hydropower station as the research object,USES the fluid-structure interaction theory,using the attached quality standard on the static analysis,dynamic analysis and dynamic response analysis of water body under the action of fluctuating pressure;Behind the gate is obtained by numerical simulation in the water,no water and gate opening Angle under different natural frequencies and modal characteristics of gate,the change of the natural frequency of vibration are also changing with the gate opening internal change rule.The main conclusions of this article are as follows:(1)the static analysis results show that the beam of the hydraulic gate and the stress variation of the longitudinal beam are relatively small,and the distribution is relatively symmetrical.Gate of the arm up and down even in terms of stress,stress distribution of bar no matter look from the law point of view or from the size is similar,shows the structure of radial gate layout is reasonable.The overall structure of the hydraulic radial gate system deformation effects exist strong three-dimensional effects,plane was presented in this paper the basic theory is not can the reasonable calculation and presents a three-dimensional effect.(2)because of the effect of the added quality of the water body,the characteristic of the self-oscillatory frequency of the arc steel gate is much lower when there is water.The water head of the hydraulic sluice gate in the process of decreasing over time is gradually increasing in frequency.As the opening of the gate increases,the vibration frequency of the gate increases gradually.(3)the characteristic of the first stage primary vibration of the gate is the expansion of the open bar,the gate vibrates and does not deform.Advantage of water ripple frequency in 4 Hz,head of 28 m for the first order the main vibration frequency of 4.9 H z,greater than the advantages of water ripple frequency,so the arc door won't produce larger vibration.(4)the pulsation of the dynamic response of the biggest stress value occurred in panel,0.2 the opening panel when the maximum Mises stress is 2.32 MPa,of other system components of the maximum Mises stress value of 1.57 MPa,the numerical value and static stress caused by static load(pressure)than(100 to 200 MPa),and even can be ignored in numerical not plan,namely the flow pulsation caused by stress is the main reason of the smaller water behind the gate pulse pressure is small.The conclusion of this paper can provide a reference for the design of the hydraulic arc steel gate.
