Electric vehicle,a new way of transportation,can efficiently reduce the vehicle emissions and decrease motor vehicles' dependencies on oil resources.Those advantages make it plays an important role in solving the current energy shortage and pollution problems.However,due to the limitations in current battery manufacturing technology,how to better manage the electric vehicle batteries ' life-cycle is still a challenge.With the development of the construction of charging stations in Hangzhou,the requirements of electric vehicles' charging is increasing dramatically.Meanwhile,the growth of operation data makes the traditional manual meta-analysis difficult to fulfill all the requirements.To build the auto intelligence of management system of electric vehicles is a irrecoverable trend in nowadays.The theme of this thesis is based on the above background with the objective of establishing a electric vehicle battery life-cycle management system by measurement of road condition and modeling of battery performance.The main research work could be summarized as below:1.To carry data research on battery operation and maintenance.By analyzing multi-source heterogeneous data of battery operation and maintenance,to improve data quality and thus enhance the accuracy of battery modeling.2.To establish battery operation and maintenance data information model,by research on battery information ledger,battery operation information,battery defect information,battery sampling and other key information.3.To design a fusion algorithm of Battery operation and maintenance data.By combining various types of battery data information,realize the data quality evaluation and online relationship recognition,failure rates and family defect statistics,sampling prioritization,life prediction,etc.4.To verify the domestic and international battery testing standards,to inspire the existing research.By the actual experiments on electric vehicles ' battery working performance and working duration in Hangzhou,to build a realistic test model of batteries' residual mileage.5.To develop a battery life-cycle management software which would be suitable for the Charging Mode of Swapping Batteries,with the functions of real-time online statistics of battery conditions,planning on battery sampling automatically,warning on battery defection,predicting residual battery mileage and battery life,and therefore to improve the battery system.
